“Was easy to book, however when we got to our airport and found the desk we were directed to another desk to get a voucher that could?ve been given at the first office to then go and stand in the taxi queue with everyone else who hadn?t booked to wait to get a taxi that was pre booked and paid for, seemed pointless booking in advance which we did as we were travelling with a child to make the process simple and avoid waiting around which we still had to do disappointing I?ve never had this before and use you more than once. The return journey was great picked up at the time and location on the booking and taken back to the airport which was excellent and what I expected.”
“On being picked up the driver was walking round with my name on his phone, it says they will be wearing a bright colour with a big sign it was very difficult to find him and it took us a while, they should definitely be using a big clear sign with names on! Also just a note to say instead of whatsapping they should send an sms text as I didn?t have data/wifi so I didn?t receive the whatsapp message stating where he was .. again delaying our finding him. The driver we had was very nice however once we found him. On the way home our driver was very rude to myself and my family and was throwing our bags around.”
“The booking process was great, and the price options were very fair. Pick up and meeting arrangements at Corfu airport were also fine. The problem was with the return trip - the coach was 40 minutes later than the advertised time, which caused a lot of stress, especially as it was impossible to contact the local emergency number, which went to voicemail. Emails were not responded to either. We had literally just ordered a taxi when it turned up, which luckily we were able to cancel without charge.”
“When we arrived the driver wasn't there, we proceded to Exit number 10 as specified on our document. Two phone calls later we were told driver was on the way. After waiting and waiting the driver appears and tells us he was waiting at exits 6 and seven!!...this isn't even listed on the paperwork! You need better communication of pick up between driver and clients. Return trip to airport was no issue.”

“We waited almost 1 hour for 4 flights to arrive into Dalaman airport as our flight was the first. Our journey to our destination is only 30 minutes !! On the way home we were picked up 4 hours before our flight home. We?ve always had good service from holiday taxis but our driver on the homeward journey drove so quickly the ride became somewhat scary. Don?t know if we?ll book with them next time !”
“The cost is very low in comparison to other firms. The transport is comfortable and drivers are always polite and helpful. The down side, is lack of communication with each other within/behind the scenes, which have resulted in me not being picked up twice in one year. Once was from Malaga airport last September (my flight was delayed by 3 hours but they'd have been updated) it was 2.30 in the morning and I was a lone female traveller, so felt vulnerable. The second time was from my hotel in Palma, last week ( pick up venue was amended but the driver wasn't informed) So in a nutshell, it's been bit of a shambles! ?????”
“Pick up from airport was great friendly driver loads of space,pickup from apartment to airport was very poor.I had stated on the booking we had 4 cases,but the car that came could only fit 3.The driver then said we would have to have a larger car which we would have to pay more for. So we had to have 1 case on our knee in the back.”
“I paid for 8 people and, finally, we were 6. I asked for a refund, but nobody answered. Also, we had to look for transportation, because thetas weren?t waiting for us.”
“Journey from airport was booked as private but we ended up having to wait 20 minutes and then shared with another family. No explanation given despite me questioning the delay, then upon drop off 1/2 mile from hotel advised he would collect from same spot for return. As we were checking out from hotel a different taxi driver was at the hotel and parked outside. It could have been a big issue if we had left hotel earlier to walk to pick up advised from 1st driver Both journeys were good and cars in good condition.”
“Service was okay, although waited 40 minutes for other passengers at Alicante, speedy shuttle said max 4 drop offs but we were 5th and still people on coach when we got off, return transfer was fine driver in time, although had to stop off at depot to change mini buses as problem with first bus, still got to airport in good time”
“Whilst they were there on time to collect us we had to wait for another 2 people even though we had booked the taxi just for us. The other 2 people were staying at a different hotel so had to drop them off first. I did send an email to holiday taxis with in 5 minutes of being picked up but as yet no reply! Pick up for coming home was fine no problems at all”
“The actual rides to and from the airport were fine! But finding out my pick up time was not as simple as before( I?ve used your company many times) how ever many times I tried to do it online which I have done before I ended up having to make a phone call to find out but not sure why?”
“The driver from the airport to hotel seemed more interested in his phone than the road the wife was very concerned. The driver on the return journey was fine until we gave her a tip then she didn?t acknowledge our thanks mustn?t liked the size of our tip”
“Ordered a private vehicle for arrival and departure and ended up with what looked like a school bus. Very disappointing especially after having specified private vehicle and paying so much money. Never have this issue in Spain, only seems to be in Tenerife.”
