“Way there was fine although took very long time, however we waited for return was there 20 minutes prior I rang the company emergency line as it was 30 mins late to be told it had been and had to get a taxi. Which cost me £50.Ridiculous were waiting there the whole time, even so why did no one get out to come and look or ask in hotel if that the case, very poor. Shame as always used holiday taxis for most my destinations won’t be again”

“Taxi from airport to resort was a very old mini bus. Seat belts didn’t work, no air-conditioning in 38 degree heat. Very bad experience. Contemplated booking a private transfer on the way back but decided we may have been unlucky. Return journey took 2 hours 15 minutes for a one hour journey. We booked a shared transfer but that is ridiculous. Never again”
“Driver was not waiting at the given meeting point. Nobody answered the emergency number, I called multiple times. I was only able to find the driver, because people from other transfer companies and helped me by calling around.”
“The trip went ok. Old car without air conditioning and the person in the wheelchair was not fasten, so one of the passenger had to hold the wheelchair the whole way from and to the airport. It felt unsafe. We also expected more comfort at the price we paid.”

My only concern is on two occasions they have tried to change our chosen pick up time we had booked when leaving the resort hotel back to airport and I have had to spend time sorting it.”
“Very pleasant driver on way there and on the way back after pick up he was going around in circles to get the rest I could of told him where the hotels were and ended up taking 3 hours to get to the airport but I will use them next time just hope that the nest driver knows his was”

“Wir buchen unsere Transfers regelmäßig bei Holiday Taxis und waren bisher immer zufrieden. Diesmal bin ich alleine gereist. Unser Flug hatte etwa 55 Minuten Verspätung, trotzdem hat der Transfer nach Alanya geduldig auf mich gewartet.
Der Fahrer ist sehr umsichtig gefahren und hat sich jederzeit an die Verkehrsregeln gehalten. Dadurch habe ich mich während der gesamten Fahrt sicher gefühlt.
Am Abend ist mir dann aufgefallen, dass ich meine Brille im Bus vergessen hatte. Nach nur einem Anruf wurde alles sofort organisiert und ich habe meine Brille schnell zurückbekommen. Die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft des lokalen Transferunternehmens waren wirklich hervorragend.
