“I was delighted with the ride to our hotel.
My flight from Gatwick to Ibiza was delayed by 2.5 hours and I just phoned the Spanish customer services after we had been delayed by an hour and they said they would notify the driver to watch his screen.
As we came out through customs our driver was waiting for us and helped load and unload the car.
You can probably get go your hotel via a cheaper method but I like certainty and service and I got both.
I will definitely be using this service again.

“Hello,
I would like to raise a complaint regarding my transfer.
I was advised to listen for the driver calling my hotel name, but I was not informed that there were multiple hotels with the same first name. As I do not speak Spanish, I got off at the wrong hotel, believing it was the correct stop.
As a result, I had to arrange and pay for a taxi to my actual hotel at a cost of €35.
I feel this situation could have been avoided if clearer instructions had been provided, such as using the full hotel name or confirming the destination with passengers. I would appreciate it if you could reimburse me for the €35 taxi fare, as the additional cost arose due to the unclear transfer instructions.”
“Pick up journey from the airport, we couldn’t find him initially as the instructions stated. The driver was very rude. He was also driving far too fast! 150kph down the motorway which was dangerous!!!
Journey back to the airport, we were picked up far too early at 2:45am and arrived at the airport 4 hours before our flight at around 3:30am for a 7:30 flight!! We were that early security hadn’t even opened yet!
We travel to Portugal frequently so probably won’t be using this company again.”

We were picked up at 1.15pm today at The Room Mate Gorka Hotel in San Sebastián for our transfer to Bilbao airport.
I have never been so frightened in a car! The driver consistently drove 30 km an hour over the speed limit and as a result my husband and I were in fear of having a high speed collision! There was absolutely no room for error either by him or another driver on the road.
I have used Holiday Taxis consistently over the years but this experience was shocking! Please have a word with this driver before someone loses their life!

“On arrival we were told to take a seat and they would let the driver know. After waiting, we were taken outside and put in a local taxi.
Our return to the airport was in a private standard car as booked. Exactly the same thing happened last year”

This was due to the fact That in my party were 4 adults, 4 large cases and a mobility walker. What we were given was a tyota 5 seater. luckerly with some moveing items around in the packing stage the driver was just about to get the lugage in the car. I paid a premium rate so I was very disapointed that I didnot get the serrvice I ordered.

I was going to book a taxi for the retuirn journey from you but after the poor servive I got, I book a taxi with the help of the hotel which only cost £40.00.”
“Checked in on line with a pick up time of 16.30. Received a text saying time was now 16.10. called to check as online was still 16.30 and told it was defo 16.10. Left to be at pick up point and then another text saying delayed 15 mins. Made several calls (many not answered) and repeatedly told driver was almost there. At 17.00 told he was at the pick up point - he wasn't - then asked to send a photo. Driver had arrived (50 mins late) at the EKIM Hotel.. the pick up had been confirmed at the Club EVIN. Terrible service. Poor, dishonest communication, poor organisation and VERY late pick up. I organised this transfer for a friend.and another for myself next week which I.am worried about. My final text to the agent went unanswered and the entire text conversation has now been deleted by them.
I think this is the first transfer since you changed your Marmaris agent and doesn't encourage me to use your service again.”
“Busfahrer hat nicht am Haupteingang gewartet und ist einfach gefahren ohne telefonisch oder an der Rezeption Kontakt aufzunehmen. Wir waren pünktlich am Haupteingang und haben gewartet. 15 Minuten haben wir gewartet bis wir telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen haben mit ihrem Unternehmen. Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt ich solle in 5 Minuten nochmal anrufen, falls der Bus nicht kommt. Nach 5 Minuten rufte ich erneut an, dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Bus weg ist und ich ein Taxi nehmen solle, man könne nichts mehr machen. Also haben wir den Transfer zum Flughafen bezahlt aber nicht erhalten + durften auch noch für das Taxi bezahlen.”
“Easy to book and easy to make necessary changes to. The company in Budapest (ATB) were superb and very punctual. When we arrived at Budapest Airport, earlier than expected, they went out of their way to accomodate us. On the way back from our hotel to the airport they were very punctual.
Altogether, a very good experience.”
