“Generell war ich zufrieden, allerdings werde ich Holiday Taxis nicht mehr wählen, da der Rücktransfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen immer und jedesmal(!!!) viel zu früh erfolgt und zwar so frühzeitig, daß ich meist schon mindest. 3 1/2 Std vor Abflug am Flughafen bin. Da ich erst 1 Std vor Abflug einchecken kann, ist das verschenkte Zeit.”

Very pleasant journey to our hotel in a very comfortable car. On departure from our hotel we were picked up on time, taken to airport so no complaints at all. “My driver was not there at pick up. Was looking everywhere for almost an hour. Had to call the office very frustrated. Finally a lady with a paper with my name walked up to me. Insisted she was just over there and pointed off in a distance. No she was 100 percent not there. I walked like arrival area for an hour and was asking everyone all around for her. They Did not help with luggage. She walked me to a beat up car. Driver did not speak a word of English. I couldn’t even sit in the back seat because they said it was broken. Would not use again.”

On this occasion in Manorca, despite an hours long delay from Manchester Airoprt, our driver, once we had cleared the arrivals area, was waiting for us.
On the return leg we were notified of the pick time from the hotel, the taxi arrived on time.
Our drivers on both occasions were both courtesy and helpful, drove with care.
