“Great pick up from airport. However the return pick up did not turn up and no phone call to advise. I rang twice and the first time the lady just put the phone down on us. At the second time of asking we were finally sent two taxis with no space for our luggage. We originally paid for a 15 seater coach. As a result we had to spend a further 45 euros on a third taxi ourselves which is unacceptable and therefore left me very disappointed as I have used this company for many years.”
“I never had a problem with holiday taxis before but on this occasion I wasn't dropped off at my hotel front door but was at the security gate and not given a reason???”

“Drive from the airport was fine, no issues at all. The driver was lovely. I got a text 48 hours before pick up back to the airport confirming our time of pick up. We were ready and waiting yet the bus never arrived. We tried to contact the company “ Grupo Rusadir Airport Transfer Company” and holiday taxis, and also the Whatsapp number that confirmed our pickup time - nobody answered. Avoid this company, I’m going after a full refund. We ended up booking an uber for £50 which should not have happened. Very disappointed.”
