“Our premium private transfer from the airport to our hotel was excellent. However our return transfer was not as expected. The driver was helpful & polite but the vehicle he picked us up in was not a premium vehicle that we paid for. It was a mercedes but an old model & very worse for wear. We are not happy as we paid for a premium vehicle”

“I was informed online that my pickup was at 12.20 pm in Burgau and I was at the location from 12 midday. At 12.45 I tried to contact Holiday Taxis however no-one answered the phone. At 12.50 pm the taxi arrived. I explained how stressed I was, thinking I was going to miss my plane from Faro, he asked why and I explained to which he replied his time for picking me-up was 12.50 pm so he was on time!! We compared our phone messages and they were different times! This caused me much stress and the first time this had happened. Please investigate your IT systems to ensure this doesn't happen again.”
