“The Company, Go Vacations, that you used to supply the transportation for me were awful except for one member of their staff.
The person who was supposed to assist me simply walked off into the airport without explaining why and when he returned he said that he couldn’t figure nd anyone to take me to my hotel.
He found time however to find transport for a small family that were willing to pay him in a private transaction.
He left me standing in the arrivals hall for over an hour and never returned.

“Very easy process throughout. Went to their desk on arrival at the airport in Tunisia and directed to our coach, which was the same coach as the Easy Jet passengers. 24 hours before departure flight I was given details of the pick up time from the hotel. Coach arrived 15mins before pick up time so was there waiting for us. Smooth journey with no problems. I will definitely use this service again”

“Our arrival at Faro was delayed by two hours due to late departure. I notified Holiday Taxis as instructed and the taxi shuttle was there waiting for us. Our return to Faro was good too.
