“Excellent service. Absolutely no waiting around for our private transfer, got a texted the day before coming hike to say what time. Can?t fault them.”
“My only complaint is that the driver picking us up at JFK Airport was not waiting for us in the arrivals as stated when making the booking. We had to try and find him outside which was chaotic. Driver picking us up on return drive was on time & outside the hotel.”

“We got stuck at passport control in Faro? no phone signal. When we out the transfer had left. Called and a very very rude woman told me . He waited he has gone.. get a taxi ! Always used this company but will probably think twice about using it again”
“I needed to change my pick up location within 24 hours of my pick up time. They were able to accommodate this and liaise with the local taxi company to make sure they were informed. The local taxi firm were unable to find us (which wasn't their fault) because our address wasn't recognised on google etc (we had issues with Uber as well). So they called me and sent me a WhatsApp so I could share my location which they were the able to located us quickly.”
“Collection after landing was perfect. Driver waiting and taken straight to the hotel. It was a different matter on the return trip to the airport. For the 2nd year running the transfer didn't turn up and I had to call to ask where it was and it arrived 45 minutes late and we nearly missed our flight.”
“Have emailed the company over a week ago for benefit of doubt however no response so will leave review now. Outward journey fine- check in at airport easy and taxi pulled up outside. Large taxi for just the 3 of us and quick trip to hotel door. Return journey- small cab arrived, no room for the luggage which we had booked for 4x cases. We only had 3 cases and 1 carry on case. So well within the allowance. Taxi driver was very rude and arrogant and took the cases out of her boot and drove off saying another taxi would come. About 20 mins later another taxi, large one like the outbound trip, arrived. He was friendly, took all out luggage and off to the airport. This was not without and additional charge though? we had already paid over ?50 for our trip but as they sent another taxi they charged us an additional ?15. So really, a bit of a scam?. Would think twice about using this company again”
