“Collection after landing was perfect. Driver waiting and taken straight to the hotel. It was a different matter on the return trip to the airport. For the 2nd year running the transfer didn't turn up and I had to call to ask where it was and it arrived 45 minutes late and we nearly missed our flight.”
“Have emailed the company over a week ago for benefit of doubt however no response so will leave review now. Outward journey fine- check in at airport easy and taxi pulled up outside. Large taxi for just the 3 of us and quick trip to hotel door. Return journey- small cab arrived, no room for the luggage which we had booked for 4x cases. We only had 3 cases and 1 carry on case. So well within the allowance. Taxi driver was very rude and arrogant and took the cases out of her boot and drove off saying another taxi would come. About 20 mins later another taxi, large one like the outbound trip, arrived. He was friendly, took all out luggage and off to the airport. This was not without and additional charge though? we had already paid over ?50 for our trip but as they sent another taxi they charged us an additional ?15. So really, a bit of a scam?. Would think twice about using this company again”

“The arranged transfer to return us to the airport from the hotel did not arrive and although we received an emergency contact number to be used in this situation there was no answer. This resulted in having to pay for a local taxi on top of what we had paid to Holiday Taxis. On return from our holiday I have attempted to contact Holiday Taxis to discuss these events, but they have not been replying to my emails. Although the transfer on arrival went smoothly, the lack of a transfer, an emergency number which was not answered and a lack of response following the events would stop be recommending this company to others.”

“I recently booked transfer to and from our hotel in Riviera Maya and Cancun Airport via Holiday Taxis (Nexus Tours). I?d booked an SUV. During both journeys, we had very comfortable SUVs. The drivers were very good and punctual. For the return journey, I contacted their representative at the hotel and confirmed pick-up location etc the very next day. Overall it was a very good experience. Will definitely use these guys again for airport transfers in the Caribbean.”
“We were a party of 6 so needed larger transport for us and luggage. When we arrived in Kefalonia there was a problem because there were 4 villas with the same name in the area and they didn?t know which one to take us to but we managed to sort it in the end. They were extremely helpful and the outward and return journey.”
“Upon our arrival at Mallorca airport, we had to wait in a chaotic queue in order to say we were there and then wait for half an hour for our turn in the taxi. The taxi was spotless clean. For our return, the taxi NEVER arrived to pick us up. Upon the third time ringing it was answered. I had to wait for 5 minutes for the lady to investigate. I was then told to get another taxi through the hotel, as they weren't coming for us, and then I could come to the airport office to get a refund. However as I was now late for check-in I had no time to do this. I am currently waiting for their complaints system to reply to my email. I will never use this company again.”
“Always use Holiday Taxis and they have never failed to impress. We had an issue with our flight out being changed and when we phoned to see if our pick up time could be changed, it was all dealt with and sorted in no time at no extra cost.”
