“Picked up from the hotel I a timely manner, but you have to get off, and get on another bus, depending on where you are going. On the way from the airport it was havoc. There were buses everywhere and you had to ask the drivers where they were going. On the way back to the airport, there were only 2 buses to choose from. It was far less chaotic”
“100% service. 2nd time used & even when I miss read the pickup point at the airport they not only waited they came & found us, my data had ran out during the call & they called me back, even apologised for the confusion when it was my error. “Terrible experience. Had 3 separate reservations, one in Rome, one to get into Barcelona from the ship terminal, and another to pick us up from the hotel and take to the airport. Rome was fantastic. The driver could speak English, which we required, had the appropriate vehicle, and was a pleasure to spend 4 hours with. We booked time between arrival and check-in to look around with our Taxi.
The second leg of the trip was terrible. The driver did not speak any English, had a bus rather than a Mini Van to accommodate our wheelchair passenger, and basically took us to our hotel and put us out. We had booked this taxi for 4 hours also with an English speaking driver. Instead of having a leisurely tour of the city, we were dumped in an alley near out hotel. The bus was too large to park near the hotel. There were many phone calls to Holiday Taxi, the local taxi people, and anyone else we were directed to call. WE GOT NO HELP. After 2 hours waiting for our hotel rooms, we went to lunch.
On the day we were to depart, we called Holdiay Taxi because our flight was changed. We could not get an answer and were hung up on several times. We were downstairs at the original time of departure and the taxi did not show up. We continued to try to reach Holiday Taxi with no response. We finally got two taxi's from a local company to take our party of six to the airport.
When we returned home, we continued to try to work with Holiday Taxi to get a fair settlement. They have sent paperwork, said wait so many days, more paperwork, but no refund on the airport trip that did not happen or adjustment on the bill when the bus was not appropriate for our request and we did not get the service we paid for.
My suggestion is to book locally. Your hotel can get in touch with services. You may otherwise be left in our situation and pay $1000 more than you should have.”

“The communication was not very good from the ground handler as they only speak German and not happy if you speak another language to them. Also the wait time in the car to be filled up with people was very long.”
“Used HolidayTaxi in Antalya and Istanbul for round trips. Service done by another company-partner. In Antalya all was fine, in Istanbul meeting point just out of arrive Hall, in between roads, had to stay abt half an hour until car arrival. On departure car delayed for almost an hour.”
“I was picked up at the airport with no hassles and no complications. Going home I was picked up at the apartments I was staying at. Bus arrived at the time I was told it would. “We booked a car to take us from the airport to the hotel. We had a late arrival. When we got to the taxi office we were directed to a 16 seat mini coach! Not what I had booked. We then spent 30 minutes sat in the airport coach park while the driver struggled to close the coach door. He couldn?t get it to work. Eventually I called the taxi company who weren?t interested as they said we would be transferred to another coach. Simply not what I asked for or booked! The 30 minutes sat messing around with the door meant we were too late to get any food at either the hotel or nearby restaurants that all closed at 10.30 on a Sunday night! I will be seeking a refund.”
