“Whilst I had to wait around for about 20 minutes for my outbound journey (because the date of my arrival was incorrectly calculated due to the time difference), the return went as smooth as clockwork. Not sure why there is a need to reconfirm the return journey pickup but was done via an automated Whatsapp experience!”
“Hi - I did arrive at the Antalya airport with 2 little children after an unpleasant flight. We got the desk and got our tickets for the bus but we had to wait another 2 hours for other flights to arrive. It took us another 4 hours in total to arrive the hotel. Missed dinner and even late night sandwiches was very hard to find something to eat. We had a very bad start of our holiday. This was a bad experience and I?m Not going to use this again.”
“We booked a private transfer so we could get to our hotel. On arrival there was a big queue round your desk and lots of upset customers. We waited 40 minutes. We booked this thinking a taxi would be there straight away. We ended up having to get our own transport”

“I booked a private transfer for speed. I was told at the desk to proceed outside to bay 55 but when I got there it was a shuttle bus. I was told to go back to the desk in airport. When I got there I was told my driver was on his way. I waited but nobody turned up. Told the girl behind desk and she disappeared, came back 5 mins later and said driver was definitely on his way. Driver eventually appeared from an office, took me outside and put me in a taxi! By this time I was only person left who had booked a taxi/ shuttle bus. Annoying as travellers who paid less for shuttle bus had been and gone.”

“The driver was waiting for us as we came out of arrivals at the start of our holiday and the driver was at our hotel in plenty of time to take us to the airport. We had different drivers for both journeys and they were both very helpful and courteous. I wouldn?t hesitate to use Holiday Taxis again. I also felt the the charge for our journey was reasonable.”
