“The service and drivers were excellent. The private premium minibus definitely gives a luxury feeling and worth the extra money. However, not given 5 stars as the child seat which we paid extra for was missing from the vehicle on the return journey.”
“The inital transfer was fine, however, on the return journey to the airport, the driver unsafe behind the wheel. She did not stop talking the entire trip. We all noticed a vibration, which got progressively worst and worst.
On the motorway it got very bad. Then one of the back wheels came off. The driver had to be told to stop the minivan. It is worth noting that there were children on board.
The driver had to be then told to put on the warning lights as we were stop at the worst place on the motorway. At the end of a one ramp!
35min tense mins later a pick up bus collected up.”

“Really disappointed with the service. My transfer was booked for 6.30 in the morning, but he turned up at 6.00 . When we asked him to wait he just left without notified anyone. The private taxi cost us €92 . I will advised everyone not to use this service. No one speak English when you contact them in turkey and really rude .”
