Telefonisch konnte ich leider niemand bei Ihnen erreichen - das war unangenehm.

“The ride back was brilliant, picked up from our hotel. But we had to wait over an hour for our transfer when we arrived. You also had to look out for your bus number which were only on the front of the buses rather than the side, so had to constantly walk up and down to check the buses. The actual taxi/bus driver etc was very good. We booked the transfer service, where you travel with other people.”
“Our pick up shared shuttle involved a wait of over their maximum advertised one hour. Our return to the airport was a disaster. We were at our stop as requested 15 minutes early. Five minutes after communicated pick up time a plain white coach with no number or branding pulled up just down the road, 50m beyond the bus stop. Nobody got out, they had driven past us and we assumed it was not for us. The driver would clearly have seen us waiting at the bus stop. The bus paused for 20 seconds and then pulled off. That must have been our bus as another one did not turn up. When I rang the company to say what had happened they said there was nothing they could do and that we would just have to get a taxi. Half an hour later that’s exactly what we had to do, at a cost of 85E!! So very unhappy with the service we received. In addition I was travelling with a child and the company knew this. Very unhappy and I would like a full refund please.”
