My only good critical advise is.
For me the Office desk Singh 230 was not clear. I could not find where the dispea desk was
Another taxi company showed me after hé saw me two times walking by.
And in the end I found it.
So I am happy,”

“We always use Holiday Taxis. On arrival at Crete we easily found the desk and the driver was waiting for us. Smooth journey to Koutouloufari. On the return the taxi arrived a little earlier than expected because of road works on the way to the airport, we were ready and so glad that it did. The taxis are always clean and the drivers friendly and polite. Will definitely use them again.”

“I booked transfer from Istanbul Airport to my hotel.At meeting point were so many drivers but hardly to find designed one.Have not had logo so you need approach every single and ask about it.Seemed not engaged only made favour.
I was at meeting time on time but they left me without word.After that I realised there is nobody to take me to my hotel.I did not have Internet so I had to pay roaming fees to contact by phone with supplier.They have not responded.At the last Manager of my driver phoned me and announced I was late at meeting point so now need to organise myself or pay extra 30 euro to him because he makes me a big favour.I felt like scammed and after argument decided to take private taxi.I would not like pay double to dishonest supplier.I made official complaint to Holiday Taxis but till now have not replied yet.”
“I have used Holiday Taxis for years and found them to be very reliable. My trip to Madrid was very different! My paperwork advised me that my driver would meet me in the terminal, but I then received a WhatsApp message telling me to contact the driver and meet him at the Uber drop off. Coming home, my driver was 20 minutes late to the hotel and had been given the wrong airport terminal to drop us off. Both drivers were from Uber. I expect a better service when I booked at a higher cost with Holiday Taxis.”

“I needed a coach from the gran bali hotel in benidorm to alicante airport and booked one online. The scheduled pickup time was 6.45pm. However at 7.01pm there was no sign of the coach so I decided to ring customer services. Call was answered promptly and the telephone operative was absolutely superb. He told my my driver was slightly delayed and would be there in 10 more minutes. He described the coach to me and the signage on the coach so I knew exactly what to look out for when it arrived at the bus stop. The driver apologised for being 30 mins late but I didn't care as I was just happy to have been kept informed by the telephone operator and obviously very happy to get my ride to the airport. Stuff happens so delays can sometimes occur but they couldnt be more helpful in reassuring me my coach was en route. A great company. Use them if you can.”
