“Both Holiday taxis from and to airport in tenerife south was excellent.
Was same vehecle/female driver both times. Driver was waiting just outside the hall where you pick up your case with my name on it . Excellent pick up no hassle at all.
Same when picked up from hotel no hassles here either.
I would highly recommend holday taxis , hence i gave them a 5 star rating as i dont think it could have gone any smoother and easier than it did.”

“Your transfer from Airport to RIU Palace Jandia was o.k. because it ended in front of the Hotel.
For the transfer back to airport I ask for the pickup time and your answer was 11:10 from the hotel.
But the pickup location was not from the hotel but approx. 200 m from the Hotel at a normal Busstop.
Just by chance I recognized it and have to drag my 2 heavy suitcases to the Bus. IĀ“m 77 years old and
it pushs me to my physical limits. That is a poor service.”
