“Our driver Anton went above and beyond to find us as our flight which was delayed and it was very early in the morning and got us to our destination promptly .”

It was slightly confusing at Alicante airport as the private transfers were upstairs and the shared transfers were downstairs.
However, the drivers were excellent. The journey was not long from the airport to our Melia hotel. On the return journey, the driver arrived 5 minutes earlier than stated which was great as we were concerned about the new EES syste.”
“Barcelona to Sitges mini bus instead of car !not in good condition! driver very unprofessional + nasty! Said he could not take us directly to our destination cause he would get a fine he was a bus not a taxi he repeated this several times in an aggressive voice !! Eventually after driving round Sitges several times not knowing where he was going ,he dropped us off at picnic restaurant + we had to walk to our hotel with our cases we are 78yrs + 81yrs disgusted. The return journey was completely different private car ,outside the hotel Subur on time, pleasant + careful driver.”
