“The journey out was fine, a bit of a wait but that was to be expected given we booked a shared transfer. We did however get allocated a private taxi with only one other person. The return journey however was not so good. Although I booked a pick up from the same hotel, for some reason we were expected to walk 15 minutes to the bus station. When I spoke to someone on the number given , he was quite shouty and said we hadn't booked the correct service which wasn't the case . And that we should of told them we needed picking up at the hotel ? I hung up and went into the hotel and reception started to book us another taxi, but he then called back to say the driver would come to hotel after all . No idea why we were expected to walk 15 mins to the bus station. If I wanted to do that I could have got the bus to the apirport for ten euros. Its not some thing you need when you are going home and it delayed the other person we picked up on the way.”
“Friendly, fast service. There when they said and collection was smooth too with a text notification 48 before departing. The only small thing to note was the collection time, meaning we were at the airport 3.5 hours before takeoff, and we couldn’t check in our bags until 2 hours before takeoff. Otherwise would recommend. 🙂”
“As usual, provided an excellent service. The only glitch was on the return journey where the driver wasn't going to provide a rest stop so we had to ask him to do so. This wasn't straight-forward as there was a screen between the driver and us and we had to shout to get his attention. Apart from this, thank you for your service.”

“We travelled with Holiday Taxi partner TMT Mallorca as three adults and one child, and had a perfect experience. The drivers were excellent, everything on time and way more comfortable and fast compared to the large tourist busses, especially when travelling with a child. For a location at the other side of the island, we took an hour by car where the busses took 2 or more.
Child seats provided by TMT were excellent on one trip, on the second trip it was a less good seat type but still way better than what the regular taxis on the island had.
This was so much added comfort and ease for our trip, we would use this service again 100%”
“Not such good service this year I'm afraid,no driver waiting on arrival after being sent to 3 kiosks happened to find my name on a tui board. We had a 16seat minibus both ways which is acceptable I suppose but not a private car as described,probably won't use again”
