“On arrival at Tenerife South airport we had a 1 hour wait for our prebooked supposed mini bus which in turn turned out to be one of the local taxis not what I booked and paid for. On our departure day 02.12.2022, our driver turned up late albeit it was this time a mini bus which I had booked, however we had to share this as the driver had still to drop passengers off at their resort before he took us to the airport, not only this but he managed to lose his way to drop these people off at their resort. Again this is not what I paid for. This lost us valuable time at the airport as the traffic was horrendous and we almost missed our flight. To say that I wasn't a happy customer is an under statement. This has been our worst experience ever on both arrival and departure, not a great start or a great finish to our holiday”

“Excellent. Took service from Kas to Dalaman airport. We were picked up from our hotel on time in a comfortable car and driven to the airport which took over three hours. The driver was very professional, particularly as we hit a a cycling race which held us up three times in different spots for over an hour and a half combined. They had left plenty of time for our flight so we were fine but it could have been stressful if they hadn't. Our driver drove really well, making great decisions to get us there on time.”
“Please can I just mention what a great service I received from Holiday Taxis! Holiday Taxis is an AMAZING service where you are looked after and are treated with MAXIMUM customer service. I?ve been using them for years and I wish to acknowledge this company for the excellent service we receive each and every time we travel. I?ve just returned from Lisbon Portugal for my sister?s wedding which we thought we weren?t going to make because the flight was delayed by 3 and a half hours. I called Holiday Taxis to let them know our flight was leaving an hour later than scheduled and they reassured me that don?t worry they keep an eye on when the flight is going to arrive. Our flights got pushed back later and later until 3 and a half hours later I get to Portugal and tried Holiday Taxis but it was very late at this time so about 1 in the early hours of the morning so wasn?t expecting anyone to answer and was also dreading that we had been stranded at the airport because of the time. But lo and behold as we came through security, my littleone noticed a lovely lady holding up a sign with my name on it. I could have cried. I was so overjoyed that they were there to collect us and bring us to the hotel. Thank you so much Holiday Taxis for being a wonderfully reliable service that waits for their passengers no matter how delayed the flight is. I feel like a valued customer and have been singing your praises to all and sundry. Even the friendliness of the driver on the way back to the airport and the fact that I had to call up to change the time of collection due to the wrong flight details just wasn?t an issue. Everything was done. No fuss. No extra charges. We Love You Holiday Taxis. You are Simply The Best. Thanks for getting us to our round trip destinations safely. We are very satisfied customers :)”
