“Very easy to find the driver as we excited Malaga airport, very courteous and friendly driver, wheeled case to the saloon car.Very comfortable transport and we arrived at our hotel safely and efficiently and the driver unloaded all the luggage from the boot.”
“You need to learn how different airports work .I have just used your company to get to sa coma in Majorca.On the invoice instructions you gave it states go to doorway 7 where your driver will inform you which bus to board.when we got to gate 7,there was a huge non moving queue of people backed up right to doorway 6,all following your instructions and all confused as to what they were supposed to do as all the drivers just looked stupidity at you and gave no advice it turned out you needed to go to a desk that you gave no mention of and they would assign the bus to you this caused chaos in the airport bus park and a total waste of an hour of our holiday .get it right first time”

“We booked a return transfer from Ibiza airport to our accomodation and back. On the way to our accomodation we had booked an infant seat for our 5 month old baby. They forgot the seat so we had to hold him during the journey. On the return they completely forgot to pick us up! i called them 15 minutes after our collection time and was told that they had been delayed, it would be another 20mins. 25 minutes later I called back again. They didn't seem to know what was going on and made out that the driver had gone to the wrong hotel. We were staying in a villa. By the time they arrived they were an hour and 10 minutes late which made getting through the airport very stressful. We were 5 minutes from the check in closing on us and missing our flights. We have had no apology as of yet.”
“Great service. Straight forward instructions to follow upon arrival. Our flight was late in so I was worried if we would still have a transfer, I need not have been as it was there waiting. Instruction for return journey confirmation again very straight forward. Return pick up was on time. Arrived at the airport in good time. Would recommend and will use holiday taxis again for sure”
“Our flight was delayed flying into Munich by an hour and we were due to land around 11pm ..I tried every number for the taxi firm including OOH both UK and Munich and no one answered ?it was just a recorded message saying ring back in office hours I got hold of the actual taxi driver and he said he didn?t have space to pick us up an hour later!! I was quite insistent and he did eventually pick us up On the way back a lovely driver picked us up from the hotel ?on time..everything was fab You just need to sort out that an emergency number is actually staffed!!”
“Our flight was cancelled. So difficult trying to get through on phone. Was told taxi might not be available for next evening flight that we had to rearrange. Had to pay for another taxi and can?t get through on UK number to claim money back.”
“Excellent service. On the way back the driver called to say he?d be 20 minutes later than the pick up time due to car issues but he was in 10 minutes. Communication was very good. Will use them again next year!”
