“Dear Team Holiday Taxis, We have made a booking with you as per the attached voucher. The guests arrived at the Burger King meeting point at around 1440hrs and upon speaking to Mr. William for the same, he simply said it was a no show because the guest did not come out on time and the driver left at 1445hrs. We had on purpose put the flight arrival time of 1400hrs even though the flight was arriving at 1330hrs, so that there is not much waiting time for the driver. But the driver of Mr. William's company was waiting from 1320hrs as per the flight timing and left without notice. We all know the current situation at airports in Europe where it is taking much longer to come out of airports due to delayed baggage, immigration etc. That is the reason we mentioned a later time for pick up. But Mr. William has been so rude over the phone in spite of acknowledging the situation at the airport. Also for your information another 4 people, friends of the guests, were picked up at the same time when they all arrived on the same flight. How and why has this driver decided to leave the airport when other guests were being picked up at the very same time. We have asked the guest to take a cab due to this mix up. “My initial problems started when I had to change my villa booking. There was then a typo and it took several emails for the address to be amended on our airport pickup booking but not on the villa pickup for our return. This then had to be sorted by a lengthy phone call when I was assured all was in order. Our pick up at the airport went very smoothly and our driver was very courteous and helpful. 5 stars go to him. On our return a week later the driver failed to show up which at 7am in the morning to catch our flight was very stressful. Calls to the UK not available after I was cut off by the Spanish number twice as they couldn't/wouldn't help.I finally managed to use another number and the operative there got through to our driver who had apparently gone to a wrong address. When it did arrive 40 minutes late it was not of the standard that our first transport was. It was concerning when an engine warning sign came on! I am now questioning whether to use your company again which is sad.”
“Both journey to and from the airport went well. The drivers were on time, in fact a little early. The vehicles were immaculately clean. The first driver was particularly chatty telling us some history and information about the areas we were travelling through. His English was very good. Would definitely use there services again.”
“Whilst they were there on time to collect us we had to wait for another 2 people even though we had booked the taxi just for us. The other 2 people were staying at a different hotel so had to drop them off first. I did send an email to holiday taxis with in 5 minutes of being picked up but as yet no reply! Pick up for coming home was fine no problems at all”
“Tr?s mauvaise organisation pour le transfert de l'a?roport au centre ville. Il faut savoir que ce n'est pas HolidayTaxis qui assure le transport mais GreyLine. On n'est pas assez avertis et nous avons perdu plus d'une heure (le bus est parti sans nous) avant de trouver la bonne personne. De plus, ce sont des bus qui se garent au fin fond du parking qu'il nous a fallu trouver seuls et attendre 3/4h dans le vent glacial. Essayez de trouver un autre transporteur...”
“Can't fault the service. At the destination airport the baggage took over 2 hours to be unloaded from the plane but the drivers happily waited for us. On the return to the airport the drivers were bang on time and very polite and helpful.”
