“Pretty much only good for getting you from one place to the other. If you?re looking for communication then you won?t get that no matter how much you try. Most of the time we were just hoping that we were going the right way and that we?d make it in time despite delays. Prices compared to taxis and whatnot are better than others though.”
“I used holiday taxis twice in the last month- I am a returning customer. High season obviously made it more challenging for them. We waited an hour before our premium shared transfer left. So many stops I don?t believe it was an improvement from holiday company on this occasion. On return journey pick up was 45 mins late I was a little stressed/ arrived just under 2 hours before flight. Out of season excellent service/ in season not so much”
“Excellent service with our transfer from and back to Kefalonia airport we had a 3 hour delay inbound we called the number provided on the booking confirmation to inform the suppliers of the delay, our driver was there waiting as we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. Homebound no issues. Reasonably priced will definitely use airport taxis again”

“bont book in turkey Antalya for transfer to side or alanya... u wil be waiting hours in a hot bus but promised max waiting time of 60 min. when finally depart to hotels ... driver wil make a break on the way of 20 minutes in the middle of the night and get sone food amd coffee... un professional”
“Nice car, good driver, not to fast, kept more or less speed limits. Almost one hour waiting at airport for the other couple, but that's inside the rule. Only thing was that the driver wasn`t there waiting for me at the airport, needed to call the office and agree meeting at the coffee shop.”
“The local provider (Scorpion Executive Services) could not find our reservation. It took over 45 minutes and the intervention of the supervisor to find the reservation in their system (for some reason it had not been reported in the printed list used by dispatchers at the airport) and sort out our transportation, which eventually was provided without other problems by the supervisor herself.”

“On arrival at Tenerife South airport we had a 1 hour wait for our prebooked supposed mini bus which in turn turned out to be one of the local taxis not what I booked and paid for. On our departure day 02.12.2022, our driver turned up late albeit it was this time a mini bus which I had booked, however we had to share this as the driver had still to drop passengers off at their resort before he took us to the airport, not only this but he managed to lose his way to drop these people off at their resort. Again this is not what I paid for. This lost us valuable time at the airport as the traffic was horrendous and we almost missed our flight. To say that I wasn't a happy customer is an under statement. This has been our worst experience ever on both arrival and departure, not a great start or a great finish to our holiday”
