Booked a mini bus for our arrival to Malta, no mini bus available, no child car seats available. BOOK ELSEWHERE.”

“I wasn?t sure about the service I was going to get when I got to Gibraltar, as trying to make contact with Holiday Taxis was difficult. We were over an hour late getting to our destination!from our flight. But our driver was there waiting for us, very easy to find. We were taken across the boarder into Spain. The return journey was as prompt as our arrival. We would describe our service to and from as Executive Class. Immaculate high class cars and well dressed and polite and helpful drivers.”
“Pretty much only good for getting you from one place to the other. If you?re looking for communication then you won?t get that no matter how much you try. Most of the time we were just hoping that we were going the right way and that we?d make it in time despite delays. Prices compared to taxis and whatnot are better than others though.”
“I used holiday taxis twice in the last month- I am a returning customer. High season obviously made it more challenging for them. We waited an hour before our premium shared transfer left. So many stops I don?t believe it was an improvement from holiday company on this occasion. On return journey pick up was 45 mins late I was a little stressed/ arrived just under 2 hours before flight. Out of season excellent service/ in season not so much”
