“Return taxi was 25 minutes late arriving at the pick up point. No explanation was offered when the driver turned up. Thankfully my flight was delayed so it didn't turn into a problem but it was unnerving. Given, as a customer, you are asked to be at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the specified pick-up time it's annoying.”

“Excellent service both ways to and from airport to hotel and return. The drivers were polite and professional especially Girts. I have used Holiday Taxis many times before and will continue to do so. The transfers in Riga were excellent. Good service and communications.”

“My return taxi ride from Puerto de la Cruz to the airport was perfect. However the transfer from the airport was a traumatic experience. My phone battery had died so that I could not bring up my hotel details which I had not memorised. The driver said Puerto de Sol? I said yes because Sol and Puerto sounded familiar. On arrival at the resort I asked the driver if he had a list of passengers and their hotels because my phone had died and I wanted to verify the name of my hotel. He said he didn’t and we had arrived at the puerto de sol which I had asked for. The name of the hotel he pointed to did not contain the words puerto nor sol but he just left me there and drove off. Fortunately for me the receptionist at this hotel - I can’t remember the name- was kind and charged my phone enough to bring up the hotel reservation., and then he called a taxi to take me there safely. Fortunately again it was not too far away.”

“This is one excellent service, providing all that we needed, including child seat and wheelchair transport. They were extremely professional and courteous and kept us reassuringly up to date. The vehicles were of very high standard. We'd definitely use them again.”
