“When we arrived at the busstop there was no bus; it took 10 minutes for the bus to arrive. After all waiting passengers were seated (another 15 minutes) the bus waited more than half an hour for 2 passengers to come. At the end those 2 passengers didn't show up. All together it took nearly an hour to go 'en route'.”

“The taxi from airport to resort was good but the return trip was a major issue as 15 mins before the taxi was due I had a phone call to say I would have to make alternative arrangements to get to the airport as the taxi was not available and they did not have a replacement. However they have agreed to settle my claim to refund my extra costs.”

“It was a pathetic effort by holiday taxis with thier transfer to Dalaman airport. Been telling me all week, “sir your flight numbers are wrong we can’t pick you up”. Is that the best excuse you can come up with ? lol. More like you haven’t got the transport to do it because you keep overbooking yourselves. I shouldn’t laugh because this wouldn’t be funny to most people but I was already resigned to getting another taxi anyway. Sheer incompetence. -5*”

“Weeks before travel we booked and prepaid for a driver to pick us up at Naples airport at 11pm. Was told a driver would be waiting with a sign with my name on it in arrivals area at 11pm. Flight arrived on time at 10.30pm. 11pm no driver, 12am midnight, still no driver and no sign with my name on it. Stranded at midnight with a language barrier in Naples airport. We were the last ones left in tiny arrivals area, all other passengers gone so we asked every one of the 10 people left in the area if they were from Holiday Taxis and were they waiting for us. All said no. 2 other drivers in the arrivals area told us there is no such company when we showed our voucher to them. They also helped us by asking the few people in arrivals in Italian if they were from Holiday Taxis, all said no. I called the supposed 'emergency' phone number on the voucher which was useless. No live person answered, just a recorded message in Italian only, no translated message but I still left a message. Had no choice but to pay for another taxi for the 1 hour drive to Sant Agnello at midnight. The voucher advised they wait only one hour so as he never turned up we had to make other arrangements for a ride to our accommodation 1 hour away. We had 2 long flights and had been awake for over 24 hours. No apologies or returned calls at all from Holiday Taxis. We tried to phone and email, no response just a generic we will get back to you email. So then we filed a claim for refund as a dispute via PayPal for services not provided. A driver then argued he was there, he was NOT there. Never heard a thing from the company.After 4 weeks, some man went and got someone to take a photo of him holding a sign with my name on it So that was 4 weeks after the booked service and he removed the meta data containing the date and time photo was taken. Very scammy operation. Avoid being left in a dangerous place like Naples in the middle of the night.”

“Very friendly driver , on time and very efficient. Good Spoken English and chatted to us all, I felt bad because I had no euros left to tip the driver . The prices of the journey was really reasonable and I will use Holiday Taxis again next year”

“Overall good service. We were very surprised not to be dropped off at our hotel (Tui Blu Los Gigantes), as it is a big hotel and we had seen coaches driving in and out last year when we were in the area. We therefore didn?t expect the note that ?for some accommodation there may not be door to door service? to apply It was a 5 minute walk which was ok for us as we are fit and healthy, but it would be useful if hotels that don?t have door to door service are specifically marked on the booking form.”

“The taxi service is usually on time and efficient, however the last couple of trips we?ve had with them have been slightly delayed as instead of having someone waiting at the airport when we arrive we have to wait 10-15 minutes while they arrange the taxi once we have arrived! After a long flight this can be slightly frustrating! However overall they are very good!”

“DO NOT USE HOLIDAY TAXIS!! Stranded at midnight in Naples Airport after 2 long flights totalling 24 hours. Booked and paid for a private taxi pickup a few months before we arrived. The time was confirmed by the company for 11pm. Our flight arrived at 10.30pm which gave us half an hour yo pick up baggage. We walked into arrival area at 11pm and were told to look for someone holding a sign with my name on it. Checked every single card but none with my name. It's a very small arrivals hall so you can easily see someone holding a card. There was a huge group travelling together that left at about 11.30pm. This left us and a few others, at most 10 people left in the hall by midnight. We asked every single person in that hall if they were waiting for me. All said no. Someone offered to help and soon we had 2 other people going around asking others if they were waiting for me. ALL said no. We also checked outside the arrival hall and no one was there either, just a few taxi drivers talking. We tried to phone the so called emergency numver on our booking receipt. It went to an answering service with a woman soeaking italian saying the office was closed and service hours. Tried other numbers given on the booking receipt and nothing....phone didnt even ring on other numbers.Then a so called taxi driver said he would take us to the hotel, one hour away, for a fixed price. Stranded at midnight exhausted in Naples Airport we said ok. We were whisked down stairs into a dark carpark whereby a car magically appreared(not a taxi) the two men put our bags in the car and we got spooked and said you're not a taxi we don't want to get in. Meanwhile bags are firmly locked in the boot. Frustrated we took the ride. The next day I tried again to call Holiday Taxis, nothing. Got a message in the late morning about 10am with a message from our so called driver stating he was at the airport waiting for us at 12.09, after midnight. We booked for 11pm. We're there, no one to pick us up. We wait until 12, still no one. Definitely no one carrying a car with my name on it. The booking form stated the drivers wait at longest 1 hour. So at midnight we gave up! Now we have a driver who says he was there. Sent a photo he's holding a card with my name on it. He removed the metadata so the time of photo is unavailable. There is however flights in the background on a board showing the flights, all after midnight. The date obscured. Very disappointing and dishonest. We paid via Paypal so put in a request for refund. Have we gotten a refund NO!. The company hasn't even contacted us with an apology despite numerous emails and calls to them.AVOID AVOID AVOID, SCAM”
