“The cars are so luxurious drivers very friendly on time and a smooth journey just what you need. Cars are up to date with everything you would want need AC, clean, bluetooth/AUX, fresh cold water bottles/snacks/lighting etc. highly recommend already have to family will definately be using again in the future thank you đ”
“I didn't have to wait for the coach which I was grateful for as it was very late at night and the flight had been delayed. The office gave me clear directions how to find it. The coach driver was nice and helped me with my luggage. The journey was comfortable. I was also pleased the coach driver took me right up to the hotel, there is a normal bus stop nearby so I wasn't sure if I would be dropped off there”
“Giving 4 out of 5 stars because our airport transfer arrived 20 minutes late with zero communication. Neither the emergency line nor the driverâs phone was answered while we were waiting. Fortunately, the transport did show up, but the lack of contact made for a stressful start to our travel.”
“My booking said to look out for driver at arrivals but there was no one there. I asked at information and they said to departures level 2. I went there still no one with a sign with my name. I went back to level 1 arrivals still no body waiting for me. I phoned the number on my booking and they said go to level 2. I went back up to level 2 still no driver with a sign. A driver in a white car spoke to me but he said he was picking up 2 people I was on my own. He eventually realised it was me he was collecting all very confusing and time delaying”
“The return journey from hotel back to airport was perfect. The driver was polite, arrived early, drove well and the car was excellent.
The driver from airport to hotel was not perfect. People on my flight using Holiday Taxis had the normal ten minute wait as their driver moved from the holding bay outside HKT airport to the pick up point. Mine took 25-30 minutes, he was either finishing his food or tried to squeeze in another fare. Given the price of HTs and how hit / miss it is with the drivers they use, it doesnât seem to be worth using them in future”

“I use your taxis alot but this trip is was sat waiting in the mini bus for 45 mins and if I hadn't of asked why are we waiting I think i woukd still be there,I get you were waiting for another family but when they landed 1 hour before me I think it was a bit harsh waiting g another hour”
