“Initially missed our shuttle due to long lines to get through customs. Instructions were easy to follow so we could find the right person to talk to in order to find our ride. Drivers for both shuttles were professional and driver very safely in heavy traffic”
“The transfers were great, our flight out was delayed but the pick up was really quick and easy to do. The drivers were very polite and efficient. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the booking isn’t straightforward. The hotel we were staying at didn’t appear the first few times I tried to book. I persevered and was glad I did as price was competitive and the service was great”

“I booked a shared shuttle but was the only person in the taxi on both outward and return journeys. On the return drive, I was lucky enough to have a friendly female driver who chatted and let me practice my Spanish. Only once in the many times I've used holiday taxis shared shuttle did I have to wait an hour at the airport and go in a minibus. There is sometimes a bit of a wait but it is worth it for the price difference. Good value. Reliable.”

Came out of the Airport Expecting our Private Car to be Waiting,
30 min later our Private Car Arrived ?
On Return, We were to Meet the Driver at 10.40am,
10.00 He Phones and Texed that He is Waiting and the
" Roads are Blocked "
We got in at 10.20 and a Straight Drive to the Airport, NO TRAFFIC AT ALL.
Please Just get a Basic Cab, There and Back, Wish i did.”

“Arrived at Alicante Airport, unfortunately it was Benidorm marathon day so taxis were being held up in traffic. We we're allocated a coach with only the 2 of us on it. Driver had to drop us 5 minutes walk away from apartments.
On being collected for return journey our driver arrived early and was waiting for us, this time our transport was 1st class, a Tesla car, very friendly driver speaking good English, we felt like VIPs”
