“Our outbound driver was absolutely amazing! Our private apartment was hidden on a large complex, of which we were taken to the main reception. The driver allowed us to use his phone to call the owner and spoke to them about where the actual apartment was. He then took ever piece of luggage from us, put it back in the car and drove us up a steep hill. We were in the car for all of 30 seconds before getting out again. He said he didn?t want us to have to walk at night up the hill. He didn?t need to do that. He could have just directed us up the hill. Smashing gentleman. Please pass on our thanks. The cars were impeccable. Brand near electric Mercedes. We felt like royalty!”
