“The communication and timeschedule upfront is good, but when we arrived we neede to wait almost 1 hour in the middle of the night due to 2 people they couldn't find. That was ore then annoying and they should have arranged a taxi for them and take the rest by bus.”
“Very gd transfer and excellent driver. The only issue was at the airport and the instructions provided were of no use as it appeared to be everyone had to go to a gentleman with an easyjet clipboard and not tunisian travel as in the booking confirmation”

Found the desk easily, clear instructions where to go outside, waited about half hour before setting off and journey took 50 mins to Cala D’or.
Return journey on time and took after other pick ups, another 50 mins to get back to Palma.
Coaches were clean and comfortable.
No hesitation using again.”
