“Our transfer from Dalaman to Marmaris was very stressful. The driver was going way too fast over the speed limit even round z bends. It was dark and he made us feel unsafe. We asked him to slow down which he did for a short time then sped up again.”
“We were expecting to meet our driver at arrival zone 7, with him holding a sign with our name. This was the service we paid for.
But when we arrived we were directed via text from the driver to go across a street and down some stairs and go to a building with a bud sign on it. He indicated that he could only park for 3 minutes, so this was the new procedure.
This certainly seemed to make life easier for the driver not having to park and come to the meeting place with all the other drivers with names on a placard.
However we did not feel that it made life easier for us. I also noticed that the signs said there was parking for 30 minutes not the 3 minutes he indicated. Plus we waited at this place for at least 10 minutes until he arrived
I do not consider this to be the premium service we paid for! We could have ordered an uber taxi for the same hassle of finding the meeting spot and waiting for at least 10 minutes.

“When we arrived at the desk at the airport the driver was waiting and the return driver was on time both vehicles were clean and smart and both drivers were friendly would use again.”
“Was great apart from the drop off destination was changed the day before arrival, and the oddest part is we drove past our aparthotel to be dropped off a 12 minute walk away (with baggage) after we literally drove past the place we were staying.”

Driver arrived in minutes ,in around 1hr 15 dropped off at hotel.
