“I was told he’d meet me at arrivals no sign of him so had to get someone to phone they then told me to go to door 9 it was a long walk for an 80 year old pushing my luhgage!
They said they would monitor the flight it arrived 45 mins late, but I was through everything within 30 mins I may as well had a taxi, also he came in a Huge bus not a limo as booked”
