“Not a great experience with this company, we haven?t received the minibus we paid for and had to have luggage on our seats, on the return trip the private mini bus we paid extra for collected other people. Complaint raised with a 28 day response and we are now 9 weeks and not had any response or update. Appalling way to deal with customers.”
“Our first time using this company and will do so again. Only booked the outward journey from Malaga airport initially, but we booked the return also, whilst there. The only fault is the price is displayed in GBP., Maybe they are mostly used by the English? And also the return was slightly dearer. Overall we were happy with the service provided.”

“Cheap and get what you pay for - did the job. We sat on the car park outside the airport for over half an hour despite being full and eventually another coach driver asked our driver to move so we set off. Transfer was set as under an hour but took almost 2. Nobodies fault of course if lots of drops but meant we missed our booking and did not get to our hotel till around 11pm despite landing at 6:50pm. Way back was great, picked up on time and in the airport within 25 minutes.”

“I booked a mini bus for 12 adults and 2 children and paid extra for child seats and on arrival and departure there were no child seats so they had to be sat on a seat with an adult seat belt which I wasn?t happy about. ?24 paid to have these and it turned up without.”

“Horrendous, poor customer service at best long delays waiting for other passengers there should be a limited waiting time and it should be advised when booking, not value for money as other options are available cheaper and less waiting time. Disappointed and will avoid holiday taxis from now on ! Refund required”
“They forgot to pick me up on my return journey. The hotel had to phone and after a while on the phone, they managed to get a coach to pick me up over 30 mins late. It meant I had a very short time in the business lounge that I had paid for.”
