“Unfortunately the planned transfers did't work as planned. On my return trip to the Cagliari Airport after having contacted the company by phone and having being told that the pick up time was 8.30 am the driver waited for me at 7am and than left without even tryiong to contact me or somebody else for advise. Furthermore they didn'r provide any help, just told me to get a 'taxi' to go to the airport!!! I wrote a complaint using the holidaytaxis tool days ago by nobody answered back. I am very upset.”
“Outward journey - dropped at the wrong hotel so then have to walk with two small children to actual hotel. Inward journey - didn?t turn up, had to get own taxi at own expense. Customer service no help whatsoever”
“Transfers were fine. Local company was excellent. One star because I tried to contact HT for three weeks to change a pick up time. Phone calls, too many to count. Lots of emails, even social media. Still awaiting any reply. **This reply says it all.??????”
“Do not book with this company. Went to Rome and left waiting at Airport for 60 minutes. Eventually got through to company and a driver turned up and took myself and partner and another couple in car. We paid for private use and not shared. On our return holiday team us cancelled less than 24 hours before departure and said they could not accommodate us!!”

“no pick up at Stansted - called the number on the voucher. Were told they could pick us up 1? hours later which I declined and were promised a refund. Now 8 weeks later I still haven?t heard a word from Holiday Taxis and haven?t seen my money. I definitely cannot recommend them!”
“The journey from the airport to our hotel was on time and the return journey back to the airport was also on time both drivers were very professional and very friendly we could not have been more satisfied”
“A journey that would have taken 40 mins by taxi car took 2 hours with your taxi. Too long even with drop offs along the way, I expected an hour or so as stated on the website. I didn't go on the return journey to the airport despite having paid, I was too worried about the time.”
“The driver on the way there was just plain rude had me waiting 45 minutes while he sat smoking and let other people on when I tried to show him my confirmation he told me to stop talking then goes on the phone to ignore me until he properly checks his phone to see who?s meant to be on and finally lets me on then the driving swerving in and out of traffic on a busy dual carriage way then missing the junction and swerving on the hatches lines to make it he had nearly crashed because he was on his phone while driving and didn?t look right at the t-junction but maybe that was just my luck because the way back to the airport was brilliant picked me up on time drove carefully and wasn?t rude”

“Not a great experience with this company, we haven?t received the minibus we paid for and had to have luggage on our seats, on the return trip the private mini bus we paid extra for collected other people. Complaint raised with a 28 day response and we are now 9 weeks and not had any response or update. Appalling way to deal with customers.”
