“When landing it is difficult to find the office, when landing in Malaga the representative is just outside the arrivals hall with a sign. Again you have to be available the next day at lunch time for your return taxi time to be verified but really it is a sales pitch. The drivers on both journeys were excellent.”
“I booked a return transfer from Faro Airport to Quinta da Praia ,Alvor for 12th May and returning on 9th June . I booked a Private Standard Minibus for 4 people and 8 suitcases . Upon arrival at Faro airport we were directed to our transport which turned out to be a People carrier with room for 4 passengers and very reduced room for suit cases and no seat belt for passenger in the middle of back seat , which I assume is illegal . I contacted your company on the 17th May to complain about this service and was assured this would not occur on the return journey. On 9th June I phoned your company at 11.15am to confirm my return journey an was assured I would be collected at 12.15pm by a Minibus . At 12.30pm I again contacted your company as no transport had arrived and was informed that the driver was delayed and that I would have to get a taxi which I would have to pay for and seek reimbursement for at a later date . When I objected to this an Uber transfer was arranged to take us to the airport .Having used your company on many occasions without a problem I have to question what has changed and it appears as if you have franchised out some of your business to someone who is not suitable for the job . I found this experience most unsatisfactory and stressful and will have to think about using or recommending your company in the future .”
“The service I received from the drivers and the call centre agents was excellent and communications were timely and efficient. The people at the desk at Ibiza Airport were slightly abrupt and unhelpful- but a driver from the company helped me to locate my vehicle and it was plain sailing after that.”
“Picked up at Dalaman as usual got to Marmaris we was the third droo off took what I thought was our cases, when got in Fidan hotel reception I noticed one of our cases was very similar to ours but could see it was not mine. The hotel managed to get mavisel on the phone and driver came back to take me to his firsf drop off They had mistakenly took my case we swopped over the cases and the driver ran me back to the Fidan hotel. “The booking process was great, and the price options were very fair. Pick up and meeting arrangements at Corfu airport were also fine. The problem was with the return trip - the coach was 40 minutes later than the advertised time, which caused a lot of stress, especially as it was impossible to contact the local emergency number, which went to voicemail. Emails were not responded to either. We had literally just ordered a taxi when it turned up, which luckily we were able to cancel without charge.”

“It took 3 hours to get from the airport to my accommodation - in fact I landed at 4.30pm & got to Casas del Sol at 9pm. There were too many stop offs & the area was too wide. No toilet & no water & nothing to eat. Very disappointed”
