“Driver was on time and friendly but put us under pressure to pay a tip during the journey and when we arrived at the airport. We explained we only have a 50 euro note and would like 40 euros change. When we gave the 50 euros he said only had 20 euros change, so took a 30 euro tip!! As we had a plane to catch we let he matter go but felt a little aggrieved at these tactics. Moral of the story, make sure you have change for any tip you want to give your driver.”
“When we arrived the taxi man was late and he got lost getting us to our hotel and then coming home they where early pick up time was 12.50 and they where at 12.15”

“We were left at the airport with no transfer very late at night with young children. The company did not contact us we had to repeatedly phone and after one hour they told us the bus had broken down and wouldn?t collect us. This then changed to the bus having been in an accident. No alternative was offered so we had to wait in a very long queue for a taxis d pay out yet again. Trying to contact someone at the company is almost impossible with the only option being email and it being a 7-15 day response time. DO NOT USE.”
“We have used the company for years but this time it was 1.20 hrs at the airport then let off on main road. On return had to drag suitcases up a hill to main road again. We have always been dropped off at accommodation in previous trips”
