“De transfer zou ongeveer 45 a 60 minuten duren. Ons vliegtuig lande om 8.15 uur in de de ochtend. De transfer werd verzorgd door Transuinion. Aangekomen bij de balie werd gezegd dat we eventjes moesten wachten. We hebben 65 minuten moeten wachten op de bus. De bus heeft er daarna nog 140 minuten over gedaan om uiteindelijk bij ons hotel aan te komen. Uiteindelijk hebben we langer in de bus gezeten dan in het vliegtuig. We dachten lekker vroeg te gaan vliegen zodat we de hele dag mee konden pakken maar dankzij Transunion is dat niet gelukt. Wij nemen voortaan weer een privé taxi.”
“Couldn’t have asked for a better service, we used Holiday Taxis for our transportation from the Airport to our Hotel then from are Hotel to the Port and again from the Port to the Airport. They kept us fully informed about pickup times and locations which takes away a lot of worries and stress the Drivers that we got were very helpful and pleasant and only to glad to answer any questions that we had. Altogether we had a great experience using Holiday Taxis and couldn’t fault their service.”
“I ordered the private transfer as we wanted to be alone for our comfort and wanted to have sufficient leg room however both journeys we were shoved in with other people and into cramped minibuses where I experienced knee pain from a lack of leg room. Driver was also late on our journey to the airport.”
“This rating is only 2 because the return transfer was good, although the transfer from the airport to the hotel was non existent. We were put down as no shows, even though we got to the pick up point as soon as we could. We were held up at Istanbul passport control and then couldn't find our luggage. The rep at the pick up point told us that we were 1 hour 20 minutes late and we could only get to our hotel if we paid for another taxi. This would cost us 2000Turkish lira. We couldn't see that we had a choice, but when we got into Istanbul the driver dropped us off and said that he couldn't drive down the road that the hotel was in. He gave us no instructions on how to get to the hotel and I had to go into a shop to ask the way. We then discovered that the road that the hotel was in was a road used by lots of traffic and even the tourist bus. The staff at the hotel said that we had been charged an exorbitant rate. As I said the return journey was excellent and we had no problems with that. We are very doubtful if we will use your company again as it is very stressful not being able to get to your hotel and not a good start to a holiday.”

“Absolutely perfect. We was delayed phoned the company to inform them. Was no issue. The only thing I would say was that when we arrived it was quite difficult to locate the driver but this may have been because of our delay. On the way back driver arrived in a timely manner”
“As there was such a long delay getting through customs, the other passengers on the shared shuttle were obviously fed up waiting for us to get to the minibus.
The driver was extremely patient and got us to our destination within a few minutes.”
