“Sped through customs following the correct arrival time. After waiting half an hour I phoned your office for an update re transfer arrival?
I was told that waiting could take up to an ( hour after the driver arrived/representative ) but no further explanation. It felt the speaker couldn’t get rid of me quick enough. Had to wait a further hour & a half getting stressed before the driver identified himself and apologised for what he’d been told was 10 minutes.
It does say on the voucher that you can wait up to an hour AFTER the driver/representative arrives!!! UNBELIEVABLE

“Transfer from airport to hotel was excellent. Airport customer service very efficient and personable. Very short wait. Very nice car and very comfortable. Driver was exceptional. Very helpful and kind. Pleasant informative conversation and good driving. The postcode provided was a bus stop at the side of the hotel. The driver took us to the entrance without hesitation and said he would inform the office to ensure our pick up was also at the entrance.
Return transfer to airport was disappointing. Received a message from driver that they were at the bus stop. Requested they drive a few extra metres around a corner to the entrance as we had luggage and I am disabled. Twenty minutes later and after several messages and phone calls we spoke for the last time confirming they stay at the bus stop and would have to walk to them. The driver wasn’t there when we arrived. Turned up a couple of minutes later insisting she’d been to collect us from the entrance. The driver’s attitude was unpleasant and unwilling to be helpful. The vehicle was suitable but poor customer service.”

“Our ride communicated with us and was surprised that we had non EU passports and therefore were ages going through the entry process. After 45 minutes the driver advised he had to leave for his next ride. We got through exactly one hour after the advised time of our flight arrival and tried to contact him. He did not respond but I saw he had read our messages. We waited 20 minutes then ordered an Uber. I would like a full refund.”
“Only problem i had is that in Maleme the hotel and apartments are seperate. I was down on maleme beach at the apartments but pick up was up a hill at the hotel. Glad the guy waited for me and the agents did not get off the phone till I was with me transfer”

“Absolutely terrible experience. From the initial email location we were text a new location to meet, after finding this, then received another text to call a driver. No driver arrived. Then given a third location and another car details, the car wasn’t there. After close to 1.5 hours we were collected at an Uber location in the airport by a regular taxi, who wasn’t allowed to pull over to load luggage.
The actual journey was only 30 minutes. The cost of a local taxi from the rank would have saved €30 each way and we have had the wait.
Arriving on a late flight in the early hours of the morning, we wanted the security of knowing we had transport arranged. This added up stress, wasted time after a long journey was the most disorganised series of events imaginable.
Never again would I use this company.”

“The driver didn’t wait for me even that we talked on the phone and I told him there is a long line at the passports control. It took me over an hour to look for other transport and force me to travel with two babies without proper seats. This is not the service I expected from you. I want my money back and a compensation for what you did to me.

“Firstly, Tunisia was not listed for Holiday Taxis on the EasyJet booking site / app. So I had to apply separately via your website.
Secondly, on arrival at Enfidha, the Holiday Taxi staff were helpful and showed me to my coach and checked my destination with the driver. The driver appeared surprised by my destination, Hotel Esplanade, Monastir town, and there was some discussion with the HT representative.
It was finally resolved but on the way the driver informed me that he may not be able to take me all the way to Monastir, although he was dropping passengers off at a hotel in Skanès, a suburb of Monastir, and that I would need to get a taxi. His reasons were not plausible, eg it was difficult to take a coach into Monastir! To my relief he eventually decided that he would take me and I was able to direct him to a drop off point.
This is the second time this has happened. Some time ago, my son encountered the same problem and had to insist that the driver drop him at the booked destination in Monastir.”
