“The transport was 15 minutes delayed without notice. I had to call and ask for the driver. It seems like the shared shuttle broke down, and I was picked up by a taxi. The driver dropped me off in an area not allowed for taxis to stop, to skip the queue.”

“We have used Holiday Taxis many times before and it’s always an excellent service! We had a member of our party taken ill on the plane and our driver kindly waited for her to be checked over by paramedics on arrival in Magaluf. Return transfer was right on time and a lovely driver.”

“It was horrible! I landed at 00:30. I got picked up at 2 and then deposed in another city, in arandom hotel. I had to wait there for 1.5h, until I got pickedup by another drier who drove ne home at 4:30 AM. A journey of nirmally 1.5h took me 4h!!!”

“A l'aller ;chauffeur pas du tout sympa il nous a déposé à plus de 1 km de l'hôtel. il n'est pas un TAXI il nous a dit, première fois que cela nous arrive depuis bientôt 4 transferts. Au retour : chaufeur sympa mais longue journée, partir à 12:20 alors que notre avion était à 19:35 trop grande attende à l'aéroport à ne plus faire je pense que la prochaine fois je vais prendre une autre société.”

“Used your service for many years now and generally we are satisfied. On this occasion however and we think you'd want to know, there were a couple of things which disturbed us. The first is the journey from the airport to Marmaris where we transferred to another coach for onward drive to Turunc. The driving was dangerous with the driver tail-gating at high speeds on a motorway. In these circumstances, we were constantly one second from disaster. We had the same experience on the return journey. The second is the journey from Marmaris to Turunc where the driver felt it was ok to have a personal conversation (audible to all) for the entire length of the journey whilst travelling over a mountain full of hairpin bends. We are not complaining because we have come to expect these things but we feel that you ought to know. Thank you for your well-organised service.”

“We are regular uses if Holiday taxis and quite frequent flyers I would have given 5 stars again overall, but when we arrived after a tiring evening flight there no one waiting to greet us we had to ask where the correct desk was and the service at Palma airport desk was quite unsatisfactory The taxi operators were kaotic and very disorganised and spokw only very basic standard English we waited over 15 minutes with quite reluctant support. After that the taxi driver was brilliant and standard of service excellent. Return driver was very prompt and very helpful Both cars were both comfortable and extremely clean and safe. Hope this helps improve my assessment back from 4 to excellent 5 The office staff at Palma desk could have managed the logistics of where taxis are located to avoid no taxis being available when a flight from UK arrives”
