“Very good service, comfortable cars, prompt pick-up. On my return journey I was the only passenger in my "shared shuttle" so it was like a private taxi for a much lower price. If you are travelling alone or in a pair, the shared shuttle is a good deal. It's just your luck whether you have to wait for other passengers at the airport .”
“This is the most disappointed we have been ever with a service we have received. I paid extra to travel by Private Premium Car in both directions. The vehicle that picked us up from the Airport to travel to our Hotel in Puerto Pollensa was a Toyota RAV 4. It had it appears been in a recent RTA as the side of the vehicle was crumpled on the wing, front & Rear Door. It did not fill us with confidence, but the driver was very polite and the journey relatively okay. The vehicle itself was comfortable and spacious. I would not consider a toyota as a premium vehicle. The return Journey however was a different story. Firstly the vehicle that turned up was an old minibus see attached photos. The seats were old type bus seats and the most uncomfortable journey ensued. There was a distinct old bus smell along with wafts of diesel fuel throughout the whole journey. If we had taken the free transfer from the Tour operator i doubt the journey could have been any more uncomfortable. The driver turned up on time and was polite, this is in no way a reflection on him.
Having paid for a premium service I would expect a premium service, what I got was nothing near that.”
“My recent transfer was not up to the usual high standard, unfortunately. I was not met and greeted on arrival as stated, and had to find the company office, where a transfer in a very old minibus was hastily arranged after first declining to pay extra for a private car ride. The driver then took me to the wrong hotel! On return, whilst I was worried about getting picked up, I was at least given the advantage of a private car being sent for me as I was the only passenger, but the final insult was to be asked for a tip by the driver when being dropped off. Overall, a disappointing experience, this time.”
“We booked 2 different holiday taxis. One for the airport to our hotel. That one was great!
The 2 ND one we booked from our hotel to the cruise terminal. There was a mix up during booking, so I contacted them, and was assured there was an amendment to the reservation and our time was corrected. The day they showed up at the wrong time. i called several different numbers and was told by everyone i called they were not the person I needed to talk to. So we took another taxi and paid again. Of course not with holiday taxi. Doing this i found out going threw holiday taxi was 3 times the amount i paid with the regular taxi. So again I paid holiday taxi 3 times the amount of a regular taxi and never got service from them or my money back. Also no one has reached out. I will never deal with this company again and would suggest no one else uses them. Which is sad. Hopefully this helps someone else not to be scammed by this company.”
