“Driver was not there when we arrived We had to wait 30 minutes until he arrived and during our wait there was nobody to help us out. Very poor service and would not consider using this again.”

“My first experience of Holiday Taxis was very positive. My car and driver were waiting for me at my pick up point in Nerja ten mins before departure time. I was driven direct to Malaga Airport and the driver was helpful.”

“Bonjour, Le transfert a été effectué dans les temps et le personnel était sympathique. En revanche, j'ai payé pour un siège enfant, il était présent pour le trajet aller mais absent pour le trajet retour. J'ai donc payé une prestation pour rien”

“Our flight arrived on time and our cases came through quickly. We went to where the driver should have been and they weren't there. The driver finally showed up 20 minutes late smelling of tobacco smoke. It seemed to me that she had thought she had enough time between jobs to have a sneaky smoking break and wasn't where she was supposed to be. She finally turned up and took us to her vehicle. Only then to have a chat with the driver of the next vehicle and look in his boot - rather than being sorry for keeping us waiting and making an effort to get us on the road. I wasn't happy and not a great start to the holiday. The booking on line was easy enough.”

“The transfer for easy to find outside the airport and driver welcomed me with a smile and was happy to hear I learnt some Turkish for my trip. They risk us facts about the area as we drove to our respective hotels. The mini bus was spacious, clean and had working AC. Transfers were smooth and quick both ways.”
