“Firstly, Tunisia was not listed for Holiday Taxis on the EasyJet booking site / app. So I had to apply separately via your website.
Secondly, on arrival at Enfidha, the Holiday Taxi staff were helpful and showed me to my coach and checked my destination with the driver. The driver appeared surprised by my destination, Hotel Esplanade, Monastir town, and there was some discussion with the HT representative.
It was finally resolved but on the way the driver informed me that he may not be able to take me all the way to Monastir, although he was dropping passengers off at a hotel in Skanès, a suburb of Monastir, and that I would need to get a taxi. His reasons were not plausible, eg it was difficult to take a coach into Monastir! To my relief he eventually decided that he would take me and I was able to direct him to a drop off point.
This is the second time this has happened. Some time ago, my son encountered the same problem and had to insist that the driver drop him at the booked destination in Monastir.”

Taxi pick up at airport wasn't available as it took 2hrs for myself to get luggage from the arrivals station and we only had a 1 hour window. Was told I'd be able to clam my fair back if I got a receipt which was never going to happen due to company policy. There was no available taxi so had to wait for taxi in the taxi rank to which was cheaper that the taxi booked in advance. Paid around £220 for both ways taxi outside cost £92
I understand company policy but it's an easy way to earn money for nothing

Felt the schedule was too early a pick up time given the amount of pickups he had and arrived at the airport over 3 hours before our flight departure.”

Pick up hotel 13h35 avec 1h20 de trajet.
Le chauffeur était tr professionnel.

“The taxi driver was excellent and we were looked after very well and efficiently.
However, we were charged £35 for a child booster seat. None was provided and we ere told bt the driver that these are not necessary in Guernsey. So the information on the booking was inaccurate. We are waiting for this to be resolved and for our money to be refunded.”
“Purtroppo prima esperienza negativa. Attesa in Areoporto di due ore. Driver pessimo. Guida pericolosa. Sbandava spesso. Guardava di continuo il cellulare. Ho anche temuto un po per me e miei compagni di viaggio. C’erano due famiglie con bimbi piccoli. Arrivati a sousse ha fatto anche incidente e non si é fermato. É stato poi raggiunto dai coinvolti e ne é nata una colluttazione verbale molto accesa. Non so come sia finita. Io ho abbandonato il mezzo. I miei compagni di viaggio non so a che ora saranno arrivati a monastir. Ho scelto di non usufruire del transfer di ritorno”
