“When I arrived at the pickup point at the airport at approx 9.30pm it was closed with a sign saying so although there was a woman inside. She told me they finish transfers finished at 10pm. When questioned why there was no one to take me to my hotel as I had paid for this service, I was told that it was quiet and the drivers had all gone home (they should have had me on the list of arrivals). She then got on the phone and got a driver to come back and take me to my hotel so everything was sorted. If they stop transfers at 10pm it should be included on the paperwork you send the customer. The woman and driver were very friendly and helpful even though there was a problem.”
“The return transfer to Barcelona airport (over a hour away) did not arrive and was told that there was nothing they could do. I am still yet to even receive acknowledgment from them or my refund. Would never use again.”

“Transfer from airport to hotel was fantastic, driver Amine was lovely and informative. Return transfer not so much, was 45 mins late and we had to call head office as he didn't answer the phone. Not great when you have a very early flight”
“Late again by 47 minutes, emergency number and agent number did not work, really bad communication. Then when I did get to the chat line I was told to book another car or taxis to get me to the airport. But I had no money left! Luckily holiday taxis came. This caused me anxiety and stressed me out.”

Our inbound flight was 2hrs late but our friendly driver was waiting with a warm welcome. Safe efficient transfers with professional drivers both smartly dressed. Punctual and accommodating. Cars were clean and comfortable.

“Dropped off at camping Benidorm when it should have been camping Villamar. It was raining and we got very wet walking to Villamar reception. My partner has difficulty walking and was in some pain. Asked the driver to go to Villamar reception but he refused. Not sure we will use this company again.”
