“Dropped off at camping Benidorm when it should have been camping Villamar. It was raining and we got very wet walking to Villamar reception. My partner has difficulty walking and was in some pain. Asked the driver to go to Villamar reception but he refused. Not sure we will use this company again.”
“we waited over 45 mins past the initial departure time before we actually set off upon arrival to Tunisia.
The transfer was late over 30 mins leaving us with limited time in the airport, we were rushed and unable eat before having to board our flight”
“Nous devions être attendus à l’aéroport de Cancun par une personne de Amstar or il n’y avait personne pour nous .J’ai du me renseigner et partir à l’autre bout du parking des bus pour trouver le bureau de Amstar .c’était assez décevant après un vol de 9 heures plutôt fatiguant.Aussi nous avions réservé un transport privé en voiture confortable et nous avons été transportés en mini bus plutôt inconfortable à l’aller et mieux au retour mais toujours pas en voiture.par contre le personnel est très serviable et accueillant.”

Op de terugreis daagde de eerste taxichauffeur niet op. Na ons telefoontje naar Holiday Taxis kwam een tweede chauffeur na ongeveer een half uurtje. Hierdoor waren we een stuk later dan gepland op de luchthaven.”

“The taxi was great but the time of pick up was ridiculous. My flight was 6am. The journey time
was approximately 20minutes. The pick up time from hotel was 2am!!!!!”
“My flight was delayed by 1/2 hour from Dub to Malaga. On arrival, passport control was in chaos with huge queues. Regardless of this very delayed scenario, holiday taxis was still waiting for me when I finally arrived at the waiting area. Then I was dropped to my destination within the hour. Excellent service!!”
