“The instructions for finding the driver at the airport were fairly clear, so that wasn't a problem (and the driver was really nice.) On the other hand, DISMAL service for the return to the airport. No pickup time was ever given, certainly not according to the instructions. I called the emergency number and got a very grumpy person. When I didn't see the driver coming I got the hotel receptionist to call. Got picked up in a private car, not a van.”
“Our driver was easy to find on our arrival at Malaga Spain Airport With our name being displayed on a large paper sign beside the departure hall and with the holiday taxis name prominently displayed above where the drivers were waiting and again on our return to malaga spain Airport the driver was within the pickup time. The only downside to our holiday taxis experience was that our pickup instructions were not texted too us, which would have made the whole experience a bit less stressful. Perhaps this could be looked at? I would certainly use holiday taxis again and recommend them.”
“Pick up obstructions at Antalya airport Terminal 2 desk 25-26 don't exsist and no Meeting point representative to escort you to driver at Terminal 1. We made our way to terminal 1 and found our driver. We had a detour on way to hotel to drop of staff that added 1/2 hour to trip. Return trip went smoothly hotel was notified night before leaving of our pick up time”
“Booking was initially difficult trying to find correct hotel for drop off. Sorted and booked transfer. Pick up information for meeting point at Orly Airport inaccurate said Gate 18a (didn?t exist). Helpfully driver phoned and got us picked up at another point. Good drive to hotel and drop off.”
“The bus was on time from airport to tossa de mar and back again,unfortunately the bus was short walk to the bus terminal at the airport,and we were dropped off at tossa main bus station as the bus didn't go to the hotel as we thought,this wasn't explained to us when we booked,only at the airport bus terminal by a lady courier in an orange shirt,we had to take a photo of a map showing us which way we (a family of 4) had to walk with our cases to our hotel which should have been approx 7mins but took us longer as we meandered the streets asking where the GHT costa brava hotel was, also another elderly lady was dropped of the same with no idea where to go!! we now understand Tossa de mar does not allow big coaches into their small streets but this should have been explained at booking,so i hope travellers read this before booking at Tossa de mar as your bus only goes to main bus station and they should prepare a route map to their hotel for when they arrive at the dead of night like us.”
“Our flight was 20 minutes late leaving and we rang prior to getting on our flight to let them know and was told there would be no problem unless it was 3hrs late. when we got their they told us our car broke down or ther was a problem because of our delayed flight which was only 20mins and gave us a piece of paper to give to the taxi driver and we wouldn't have to pay which was great... but then we got out there was a huge que that we had to wait in which delayed us further and we wanted to avoid this which is why we paid for a private car. We also weren't the only people who had been giving the same piece of paper so it wasn't just our car that wasn't there. Then when we got to our turn 3 or 4 taxis turned us away because we weren't paying cash so more delays eventually someone took us but we were another hour delayed leaving then planned and the taxi was 15 euro cheaper so we could of saved ourselves money probably got a taxi faster if we didn't have to que with our reservation before going out to the rank”

On the return journey the same applied. Driver was early for collection (better than being late) and again both vehicle and journey were OK. Thank you, and if we ever travel to Sicily again we will use you. Recommend you thoroughly to anyone looking for a private transfer.”
