“Turned up at airport and had only sent an 8 seater even though there were 9 of us and we had booked a 9-16 seater vehicle. Put 3 of us in a taxi which dropped us off at the apartment name but in the wrong town!!!! Had to arrange own Uber to transfer. On return confirmed day before both by email and phone that a suitable vehicle would be sent, but again 8 seater sent!!!!”

“Dreadful service, arrived at airport, ignored by staff who dumped us at a bus stop with no transport. Some od whom had already waited over an hour, and when a bus finally arrived It was too small for the number of passengers. We were split into two groups with no explanation. Instead of getting a second bus. We were left standing when we asked what was happening. We were told we would need to wait up to another 45 minutes, and obviously we were very unhappy when we expressed our upset to the staff magically another bus arrived we got on and we are halfway down the motorway when it came off. The motorway turned around and came all the way back to the airport. We were not at all happy there another seven people got on the bus and we started our journey again, we arrived at the airport at 9 pm and didn?t get to the destination until 11:30 pm. It was a shambles”
“Driver was there on time and waiting for us. Good ride into Tel Aviv and dropped off nearby to our hotel. Downside he gave chane for tip in dollars rather than sheckles so got a bit of a bad deal.”
“The arrival transfer took over 2h to departure after arriving at the person waiting for us. That breaks the expectation of at most one hour set on the policy. It was very frustrating.”
