“When we arrived at the busstop there was no bus; it took 10 minutes for the bus to arrive. After all waiting passengers were seated (another 15 minutes) the bus waited more than half an hour for 2 passengers to come. At the end those 2 passengers didn't show up. All together it took nearly an hour to go 'en route'.”
“The taxi from airport to resort was good but the return trip was a major issue as 15 mins before the taxi was due I had a phone call to say I would have to make alternative arrangements to get to the airport as the taxi was not available and they did not have a replacement. However they have agreed to settle my claim to refund my extra costs.”

“Weeks before travel we booked and prepaid for a driver to pick us up at Naples airport at 11pm. Was told a driver would be waiting with a sign with my name on it in arrivals area at 11pm. Flight arrived on time at 10.30pm. 11pm no driver, 12am midnight, still no driver and no sign with my name on it. Stranded at midnight with a language barrier in Naples airport. We were the last ones left in tiny arrivals area, all other passengers gone so we asked every one of the 10 people left in the area if they were from Holiday Taxis and were they waiting for us. All said no. 2 other drivers in the arrivals area told us there is no such company when we showed our voucher to them. They also helped us by asking the few people in arrivals in Italian if they were from Holiday Taxis, all said no. I called the supposed 'emergency' phone number on the voucher which was useless. No live person answered, just a recorded message in Italian only, no translated message but I still left a message. Had no choice but to pay for another taxi for the 1 hour drive to Sant Agnello at midnight. The voucher advised they wait only one hour so as he never turned up we had to make other arrangements for a ride to our accommodation 1 hour away. We had 2 long flights and had been awake for over 24 hours. No apologies or returned calls at all from Holiday Taxis. We tried to phone and email, no response just a generic we will get back to you email. So then we filed a claim for refund as a dispute via PayPal for services not provided. A driver then argued he was there, he was NOT there. Never heard a thing from the company.After 4 weeks, some man went and got someone to take a photo of him holding a sign with my name on it
So that was 4 weeks after the booked service and he removed the meta data containing the date and time photo was taken. Very scammy

“Overall good service. We were very surprised not to be dropped off at our hotel (Tui Blu Los Gigantes), as it is a big hotel and we had seen coaches driving in and out last year when we were in the area. We therefore didn?t expect the note that ?for some accommodation there may not be door to door service? to apply It was a 5 minute walk which was ok for us as we are fit and healthy, but it would be useful if hotels that don?t have door to door service are specifically marked on the booking form.”
“The taxi service is usually on time and efficient, however the last couple of trips we?ve had with them have been slightly delayed as instead of having someone waiting at the airport when we arrive we have to wait 10-15 minutes while they arrange the taxi once we have arrived! After a long flight this can be slightly frustrating! However overall they are very good!”
