“Both drivers were friendly and accommodating, vehicles in good clean condition and very comfortable. Both even made stops to collect water and ice creams for us during the journey.”
“Easy to book online with prompt email of holiday voucher. Return pick up from holiday was punctual, polite driver Pick up from Cancun airport to hotel was poorly organised. I had booked a private transfer, but had to wait 15 min after a long tiring journey. The company reps were not clearly visible at the airport exit. Having paid more money for private transfer, I had expected better service. The holiday voucher said the reps will be holding signs for easy identification & the taxi will be waiting for us as we had provided the flight details.”

“2nd time using this company for a return transfer Corfu Airport/Sidari. No big issues last time and no big issues this time. Bit of a wait for the coach to arrive and then set off but no more than the hour they say it could be. Return transfer was during night. They arrived at the time advised. The transfer did have a number of pick ups in different resorts (this didn?t happen last time I used them), which made it a really tiring journey. Despite this, I will definitely use this company again for our shuttle transfer. The price is great and I found the other companies only seem to offer more costly forms of transport I.e private transfers.”
“In arrivals was where the email said they was told where the bus was on and dropped off ok emailed the hotel to say what time pickup was and also text pickup on time no problem at all will be using them in November and will in the future”
“Return driver unprofessional. Booked a premium vehicle, way there had a beautiful Tesla.. way home had an unknown vehicle, with 399,000 miles on it, windows didn?t wind down and were held together with wood and the boot had to be propped open with a pole!!”
“MY REF: XMMFSE. Complaint submitted on the 16/17th September 2023. On our return after a failed pick up in Nerja Spain. After waiting almost 1 hr in the taxi area where we instructed on our drop off on the 6th September no taxi came to pick us up and we then frantically got a private taxi costing 97Euros just making our return flight within minutes of the gates closing. This was a genuine complaint. We were there waiting they never showed up. Please if we can have our funds returned.”
