“I have the voucher with the correct hotel and address but the driver had me for pick up and drop off at another hotel. The pick up time for the airport was 6.35am I waited from 6.20am and after 45 minutes phoned the emergency number several times with no response. Fortunately at 7.15am another coach arrived for a family and I was allowed to board.
Drop off was at the wrong hotel and the driver was not scheduled for it so had a 20 minute walk with suitcase.
I am therefore very unhappy with this service”
“We booked a Private Standard Car for 3 poeple. The drivers was waiting for us at the airport and arrived in good time for return leg. Polite and helpful. No issues. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.”
“Have use Holiday taxis to arrange our transfers for a few years now. Booking is easy and communication emails received are helpful. Did not need to contact them about any issues”
“Usiamo sempre i vostri servizi e sono sempre molto soddisfatta! Gli autisti sono tutti sempre cordiali e gentilissimi! Grazie, ci vedremo l’anno prossimo sicuramente!”
“Our taxi was waiting for us on arrival and on our return trips . Nice clean car and the driver who picked us up from the airport was very friendly and pointed out points of interest to us . First class service”
“Very Bad, Do not use this company. I booked a transfer with them, I was charged for a journey that I never, took after 2 calls with them confirming the dates were wrong for Pick up and collection a month before I was due to go, they never amended the booking. Now that it is coming to the time for our holiday, I checked the booking, it is still wrong, and they will not amend the booking, as they say it is in the past, now they want me to book again and charge me of course again, I would rather walk to the hotel than book them again.”
“I ordered a standard car, on arrival we had a luxury SUV with lights aircon and music and the driver stopped the car to give my daughter a phone charger as he could see her struggling. On the way home it was less luxurious but was a mini bus for 4 of us. The drivers went above and beyond. Our airport pick up was early which meant we weren’t waiting around.”
