“Landed at Bodrum, went to the desk and they took me to a minibus with no driver. Then told me he had broken down. The same bus then left with other passengers and we had to wait 30 mins. You pay for a private transfer to be there waiting and ready. Very poor.”

“My flight arrived 1/2 hour late. The driver called me as I was in the Immigration line to tell me if I was more than 60 minutes from landing it would cost 20 euros more. There was a sign at immigration that no cell phones are allowed. I ad trouble getting the driver to understand I had to hag up. Nothing I my paperwork said an extra charge of 20 euros would be required after 1 hour.”

On this occasion with a difficult and somewhat lengthy drive to and from Lake Maggiore from Milan Linate airport the respective drivers negotiated narrow roads and steep descents and ascents with skill. The premium vehicle were very good and spotlessy clean.”
