“The journey back from the airport took far too long, taking 10 stops (mostly in Poniente and Benidorm centre) before we finally arrived at our stop. What happened to the next level service with between 4 and 6 stops that we've booked before ?”
“Both ways our transport was incorrect. The issues were resolved but not what you expect to happen . On the way out the transport was too small and the way back couldn?t fit cases in the mini bus so had to send another”
“Clean comfortable minibuses. Finding the desk was easy, and glad they take you straight to your transfer. Drivers are very helpful, though the two drivers we had spoke very little English, but wasn?t a issue.”

“Easy to book online. Had bit of hassle at arrival. Initial contact had my name but not car company. Taken to a second counter, at which they had my name displayed up front. After that all plain sailing, nice car very clean and good driver. Confirmation text day before we left, confirming pick up details. Driver on time, again clean car good driver”
“I would give no star to this outfit if it were possible. You are better off financially and stress-wise getting a yellow cab if its not too far from the airport. They are complete cowboys who believe they have a licence to print money.”
“We took a transfer in Tenerife to the Airport. I was very disappointed to find that the taxi did not have the baby seat that we had booked and paid for.
We did have a baby seat on our initial taxi journey from the airport to the hotel Allegro Isora. However, this baby seat was really old, and poor quality, and was not rear facing.
Im still awaiting my refund and any response at all to my emails.”
