“The driver who picked us up from the airport was really helpful after a 3 hour delay and problems with the key pick up and when short notice if a change of pick up for going home the agent on the phone was great and arranged a new pick up with no hassle”

you book transfers from airport to hotel return put in your flight numbers and arrival and departure times carry on with the booking
it then asks for the name of your cruise ship and wont let you go any further until you fill this part in i filled in n/a and carried on to payment
holiday taxi sent the voucher but it said i would be picked up at cruise port
i tried to ring them but no answer i sent email after email no reply
i could only ring and speak to someone 72 hours before travel. they said it would cost me a further £15 i was fortunate to get a full refund if you ring within 24 hours of travel you dont get full refund this is a scam”
“Terrible. Booked a private transfer with holiday taxis to beat the tour operator bus to the hotel and avoid the check in queues. Landed late at night, and was made to wait an hour and 20 mins before my taxi was ready. After setting off the driver decided he want to take a short 20 min smoke break and drink tea with his friends at a local store while the employees badgered us to but stuff while sat in the back of his car... at about 2.30 in the morning. The worst thing is the tour operator free transfer bus arrived before we even set off. Terrible service, would not have used this service had it been free.”
“The service was brilliant! The driver dropped us off in the centre of Playa Blanca as we were staying in an apartment close to centre. We were picked up on time but due to strong winds the ride to the airport was a bit hair raising and worried all the passengers!”

“My transfer home didn?t come i ended up paying ?50 euros for a taxi. I rang them they told me the taxi had been and gone but it hadn?t I had been there 10-15 mins before the time of collection they then told me it was a no show so I had to sort my own taxi and to just put in a complaint. I had 3 kids with me on my own I was absolutely devastated by this”
