“Had to wait nearly an hour for our private transfer upon landing in Antalya - Very annoying! What made it worse was that you could hardly breathe due to nearly every transfer / taxi staff smoking where we were told to wait. The driver then had the audacity to look like he was waiting for a tip when we finally reached the hotel. Not a chance mate! The return transfer was ok.”
“We have been left stranded and no one cares !!
The taxi did not show up at this time even though we received this message, I rang and she said the taxi came at 7:20 that we informed 2 days ago, then yesterday we got this update so this is the time we expected. I am so upset”
“Very professional Supplier.
Provided excellent Customer Service and Support.
The Voucher fully explained the total process for outward and inward journeys.
Very good communication from Supplier and subcontractor provided details of pickup times.
Both journeys were provided in a timely manner with good coaches and excellent drivers.
Overall a very professional service”
“Generally good and everything worked out. We were picked up and delivered on time.
Only little hiccup was some confusion on where we were supposed to be picked up.
I wrote support to make sure we were the right place but apparently the driver was told something else”
“There was no driver there when i arrived. So this was a very disappointing. I used holiday taxis a number of times. But this was the last. I had to take a regular taxi that costed me 100 euro on top of the fee i already paid Holiday up front.”
“Excellent pick up and transfer service. The van was comfortable, we were offered a water bottle and temperature in the car was very comfortable and adjusted at our request. There was only 4 of us in the transfer and the cost was excellent value for money. The driver was extremely courteous.”
“Ride from Larnaca to the airport was terrible the driver had no headlights and was using high beam or no lights at all when approaching other vehicles, the driver clearly had no regard for passengers safety. It was not a good way to end our holiday worried for our safety.
We paid for an executive car and it smelt of cigarettes and had no working lights-we will drive ourselves in future.
This was in stark contrast to the journey to Larnaca this driver and vehicle was 5 star great driver and service.
Unfortunately this one driver and vehicle means we won’t use the company again. There needs to be more safety checks in vehicles that are used.”
