“My EasyJet flight on 3rd February was delayed by 3 hours when it arrived in Tenerife and so was expecting that I?d missed the transfer. Not only was the Transfer still available their office was still manned when most of the others were closed. I was dropped off at the prearranged location around 23.00hrs. Brilliant service - I would recommend their professional service and value for money to anyone. Thank you.”
“Its a scam. They take the booking for a luxury car transfer and accept the cash, and then you get an email the day before flying saying its all changed. At the airport you get offered a minibus with everyone else. AVOID.”
“Having used Holiday Taxis before, and previously been impressed, our booking for a recent trip to Athens was very different. On arrival, after being held up by a minor delay & large queues in passport control, we were 50 minutes later than expected. Our driver was no where in sight despite the agreement stating they should wait 60 minutes. After an unhelpful call with the helpline we were told all we could do was get a taxi and put a complaint in. This was at an additional cost of circa ?100 to us. What is the point of providing flight numbers if drivers do not check flight times? Our return journey driver was rude, playing techno music for the whole journey. He tried to take an additional payment from us despite the fact we had pre-paid. He didn?t help with the loading/unloading of our bags or even open the boot! One month later and we still don?t have any response or resolution to our complaint. We will not use Holiday Taxis again!”

“Easy to book online. Driver waiting on arrival, friendly and helpful. Pick up from hotel on day of departure was on time. Happy with service overall. Giving 4 stars because we initially missed our flight, called them as soon as we could to inform them of this and was still booked as a no-show with no refund/discount.”

“On the outward journey, everything went smoothly from checking in for the transfer bus at the airport. We were directed to the bus, which left about 10 minutes later and delivered us in comfort together with our luggage to the hotel. However, on the return journey, despite our realising the potential for confusion and having phoned to check the precise pick-up location, we were misinformed. We arrived at the point ten minutes early and waited half an hour before phoning and discovering that the bus had gone to the alternative location and left without us. We were then left to our own devices to get ourselves to the airport. After returning to the UK we submitted a complaint and were refunded half ofour payment.”
