“On being picked up the driver was walking round with my name on his phone, it says they will be wearing a bright colour with a big sign it was very difficult to find him and it took us a while, they should definitely be using a big clear sign with names on! Also just a note to say instead of whatsapping they should send an sms text as I didn?t have data/wifi so I didn?t receive the whatsapp message stating where he was .. again delaying our finding him. The driver we had was very nice however once we found him. On the way home our driver was very rude to myself and my family and was throwing our bags around.”

“The taxi booth was easy to find at the airport, unfortunately we had to wait 50 mins for shuttle bus as you share with others who had yet to arrive/pick up bags. 9 seater bus (8 plus driver), which was full, air conditioned so not too hot but had to sit at the very back. Journey time took 90 mins (as advertised), but only dropped at a nearby hotel which was 10 mins walk from the apartment. So total journey 2hrs 30mins (50 min wait, 90 min journey, 10 min walk). We booked a direct taxi for other members of our family that cost 33eur more (75 vs 42), that took 60 mins, in hindsight we should have just done that but if you're on a tight budget then it might be worthwhile, although it might be better to take a bus if that's the case. “Our flight at Washington had to change as it took over an hour to get through US CUSTOMS,so we missed our flight,I messaged h taxus to tell them this,however,when we got to the driver meet up point,no one was there,I really bad meet up point with no official desk,just a information point to meet the driver,I tried to call h taxis,but no one answered,we were on our own with no point of contact. Eventually,after half an hour,the lady turned up.with my name on her card,what a relief.Then we had to walk another ten minutes,to go to a car park to get our ride.I appreciate that our times of the ride changed,but h taxis need to gave s official desk ,snd the ride to be closer to the meeting point. Both drivers were nice,did dll the right things,and the lady who picked us up from Washington,gave us good information about our holiday in Disney world.”

“All I can rate is my mistake. I booked the wrong day my accident and would have enjoyed the chance to re-book for maybe a small fee. As it is you took my money and didn?t provide me a service.”

“I used holiday taxis twice in the last month- I am a returning customer. High season obviously made it more challenging for them. We waited an hour before our premium shared transfer left. So many stops I don?t believe it was an improvement from holiday company on this occasion. On return journey pick up was 45 mins late I was a little stressed/ arrived just under 2 hours before flight. Out of season excellent service/ in season not so much”

“Pretty much only good for getting you from one place to the other. If you?re looking for communication then you won?t get that no matter how much you try. Most of the time we were just hoping that we were going the right way and that we?d make it in time despite delays. Prices compared to taxis and whatnot are better than others though.”

“You need to learn how different airports work .I have just used your company to get to sa coma in Majorca.On the invoice instructions you gave it states go to doorway 7 where your driver will inform you which bus to board.when we got to gate 7,there was a huge non moving queue of people backed up right to doorway 6,all following your instructions and all confused as to what they were supposed to do as all the drivers just looked stupidity at you and gave no advice it turned out you needed to go to a desk that you gave no mention of and they would assign the bus to you this caused chaos in the airport bus park and a total waste of an hour of our holiday .get it right first time”

“Our flight was delayed flying into Munich by an hour and we were due to land around 11pm ..I tried every number for the taxi firm including OOH both UK and Munich and no one answered ?it was just a recorded message saying ring back in office hours I got hold of the actual taxi driver and he said he didn?t have space to pick us up an hour later!! I was quite insistent and he did eventually pick us up On the way back a lovely driver picked us up from the hotel ?on time..everything was fab You just need to sort out that an emergency number is actually staffed!!”

“Whilst they were there on time to collect us we had to wait for another 2 people even though we had booked the taxi just for us. The other 2 people were staying at a different hotel so had to drop them off first. I did send an email to holiday taxis with in 5 minutes of being picked up but as yet no reply! Pick up for coming home was fine no problems at all”

“Tr?s mauvaise organisation pour le transfert de l'a?roport au centre ville. Il faut savoir que ce n'est pas HolidayTaxis qui assure le transport mais GreyLine. On n'est pas assez avertis et nous avons perdu plus d'une heure (le bus est parti sans nous) avant de trouver la bonne personne. De plus, ce sont des bus qui se garent au fin fond du parking qu'il nous a fallu trouver seuls et attendre 3/4h dans le vent glacial. Essayez de trouver un autre transporteur...”

“As a couple with a young baby, never again. Firstly I will say that in terms of reliability, on arrival we found the rep easily and were shown to the awaiting bus. And it got us to our hotel. Prior to booking I had a look at the distance between the airport and hotel - 35 mins - which was part of the reason we chose the resort that we did to minimise travel with a baby especially following a flight. Whilst I was well aware that the shuttle buses stop at various hotels I really wasn't prepared for the tour of Spain that followed and some **3 hours later** we finally stopped at our hotel. As a couple or older family who don't mind the travel i would have tolerated it but trying to entertain a baby for that long with the addition of no safety measures for him and no aircon on top was horrendous. A private taxi cost more but we ended up cancelling the return shuttle and paying for that instead for a comfy direct trip to the airport.”

“Long wait on arrival at airport. Booking conditions say you may wait up to 1 hour but it was almost an hour and 3/4 before we left as we had to wait over an hour for the coach to come then more waiting for more flights to come in. Return from hotel to airport was prompt.”

“The transfer from the airport to the hotel was faultless, however, we the transfer from the hotel to the airport got us to the airport an hour and a half before we could check in and the driver drove way too fast to the point that it actually scared us.”
