The ride from Izmir ADB to our hotel was excellent. No waiting time and fast transfer to our hotel. The contrast with the ride to Izmir ADB could not have been greater. 4 stops in other hotels, in one stop we had to wait the driver who smoked a sigaret outside. And before arrival the bus stopped at a gas station where the driver bought something in the shop. We arrived at the airport at the same time as our friends who left the hotel 40' later than us.

After landing, which was 19:40 i had to wait by the transport over an hour for another passenger. Set off at 21:10 to my destination.

Less stars because of long wait . Initially told me pick up time of 12.10. Ridiculously early for 16.45 flight. Then I received a phone call to change it to 11.45. So I arrived about 11. 35. Car arrived at 12.20 . So why was it changed. Nearly 5 hours at the airport much too long.

Arrived on time. Driver who collected us from the airport was lovely very helpful however the driver who collected us from the hotel to return to the airport was very rude and unhelpful.

Good service. Drivers polite and efficient. The first driver had to wait a while at Palma airport! I would recommend. The only thing I would say is we received no confirmation about the return journey. The telephone number provided for the service provider was always engaged. They turned up so in the end no problem. I can’t complete below for return journey communication , there wasn’t any. The driver from the airport text to see where we were and the Company e mailed to say driver would be in arrival hall.

Easy to find rep, unfortunately due to the inadequatcies of other arrivals to find and receive directions they were not found till over an hour which made the driver very late in setting off for a 50 mins drive. He was very good tho and put his foot down as much as he could. Hence after a 0050 landing I arrived at my accom finally at 0230 am...looooong day! Tip to passengers. Go straight to your rep on arrival!!!!

Pick up wasn't smooth at all. Was alright for the price. But not very comfortable and took ages as we were the last to be dropped off

I just thought it took 2hrs to get too my hotel that is a long time with other drop off after being on a flight for 4hrs15min

We waited about half hour for our coach at Palma airport, which wasn’t a problem, but once on board we had around an hour wait before it took off. We could have gone and had something to eat at airport instead of sitting in the hot bus if driver had told us how long we’d be there. All that time the engine was running for no reason - it wasn’t an air conditioned bus. The return journey to airport was very prompt - comfortable journey in air conditioned coach. So, apart from the long wait inside coach for outward journey, all was good.

Taxi drive very pleasant, car clean and tidy. However due to a mix up we were taken to Albufeira instead of Villamoura. The driver rectified the situation so all worked out. Return trip was great.

The first car was dirty and driver made two stops on route so he could drink coffee and smoke. I just want to get to my hotel and have never experienced this in my 13 trips to Kalkan so hence would not use this company again

I found my name at thebotton of a list of about 7 names on a baggage trolley with "I will return shortly" at the top. I had to wait 45 minutes before a short man wearing glasses turned up and started dealing with those waiting. eventually he took me up one level and out to the roiad and put me in an UBER taxi an hour after I reached the arrivals hall.. I paid for a private car to my hotel and did not expect an uber taxi. This did not meet the standard I expect from Holiday Taxis.

I tempi d'attesa all'andata sono stati davvero molto lunghi. All'arrivo, il voler sistematicamente raggiungere tutti gli hotel è a volte insensato: mi sono ritrovato ad essere a 5min a piedi dal mio Hotel, non essere chiamato dall'autista a scendere, e ritrovarmi per altri 25min a girare sull'autobus mezza Cala Ratjada! Il ritorno invece è andato molto bene. Sono arrivato in aeroporto con circa 45min di anticipo rispetto al dovuto, accettabile.

Driver was waiting that was good he went marching on in front too his car we had little kids so couldn’t keep up then we lost him as he didn’t wait too ensure we knew where too go he didn’t help with bags but that’s fine a lot do Taxi was so hot he did put windows down further when we asked wasn’t the worst ride wasn’t the best

Transfert aller satisfaisant Transfert retour difficile de trouver l'arret de bus ..pas assez d' indications. Navette en retard de plus de 40 mn SAV contacter... communication impossible car ne parlait pas français.

i have been using holiday taxis for some years now and always been very pleased with the service but this time not so good waited 20 mins for it to turn up the driver was a nice chap not sure if the business has changed hands but it just was not the same service as usual. There will be no bad review on trip advisor and i will give you the benefit of it just being a bad day but it was not up to your usual standards

Hi people going to Turkey and most of different countries they don't have line to call and confirm pickup points and time but hotel provide Internet or people can buy Internet why not provide WhatsApp facilities so we can communicate it better and easier I did complain last year but still not get results I gave 3 star because of that

Arrival at Naples was on time, no person visible with our name, having circled the arrivals hall, which is fairly compact, 15 times, called the number for the agent. No reply, then engaged. Eventually an answer from a person who asked us to forward the voucher by what's App. Really helpful person, who then advised that it was another company who had the job. After 45 minutes we were greeted by a very personable young lady who took us inside to a desk. The rudest lady I have ever come across then started to lambast us, shouting "where have you been", when we explained that we had been in the arrivale hall, had spoken to another agent, and even spoken to the number in England, she started again, absolutely unnecessary, and had my wife very distressed, there is no way anybody was waiting to greet us. However, the driver was then called and the transfer was very comfortable and pleasant, in a nice car with a very polite and understanding driver, who was not impressed with the reception we had just received from the agent in the airport.

I would usually give 4/5 stars but this time was a different experience. We got picked up on time from H10 Tenerife Playa by one of two minibuses that arrived together. We then drove literally around the corner to Be live Oratava hotel where the driver then passed his phone so a passenger could read on translate that we were being taken to the Casablanca apartments to be transferred to another coach? After disembarking we were told the bus would arrive within the next ten minutes. After a very hot and concerning half hour it did eventually arrive. We then went around several other hotels to do pick ups. By the time we eventually arrived at the airport several passengers were literally desperate for the bathroom! I am wondering what the reason was for this bizarre situation and as a regular customer is this going to be standard practice ???

Shuttle arrived 4..5 hours before my flight left. I then had to wait for over an hour for the BA desk to open. The earliest book in time is 3 hours before but usually 2 hours before on medium haul flights. The journey time in the shuttle was around 35 minutes. FAR TOO LONG To hang around an airport. The shuttle journey was good and the driver was friendly.
