“I wish to make a complaint about our my return taxi journey from H10 hotel In Barcelona to Reus airport.
The driver frequently drove over the speed limit, top speed of 166 KM per hour and whilst using his mobile phone. My daughters were very worried but we did not say anything at the time to the driver as did not feel comfortable raising our concerns.”
“The ride from Arillas to Corfu Airport was schedulded for 90 min. In fact it took us 3 hours to get there, which is ridiculous and really not acceptable. And halfway we had to get out of the car with our luggage and where left for 20min in the middle of nowhere on the streetside to wait for another bus. This other bus then took a crazy long and very winding road along the coast, very slow. No one was picked up on this long coastal road. In the end I spent 3 hrs on this transfer and arrived at the airport quite late for my flight, I was the last person to check in and had to hurry through security to be in time at the gate.
I have been booking Holidaytaxis in Corfu several times over the last years and it has always been ok. But this time, sorry to say, a really bad experience.”
“Driver should not be talking on his phone for most of trip. Then he was playing very loud music for rest of journey. Not to mention we gad to wait over a hour before it departed from airport”
“Dropped off on the main roadand had to pull cases up to hotel. We were told by office that we would be picked up where we were dropped off so again had to take the cases to main road. The bus was waiting for us at the hotel and the driver angry with us that he had been waiting. Very poor service and communication.”
“De transfer zou ongeveer 45 a 60 minuten duren. Ons vliegtuig lande om 8.15 uur in de de ochtend. De transfer werd verzorgd door Transuinion. Aangekomen bij de balie werd gezegd dat we eventjes moesten wachten. We hebben 65 minuten moeten wachten op de bus. De bus heeft er daarna nog 140 minuten over gedaan om uiteindelijk bij ons hotel aan te komen. Uiteindelijk hebben we langer in de bus gezeten dan in het vliegtuig. We dachten lekker vroeg te gaan vliegen zodat we de hele dag mee konden pakken maar dankzij Transunion is dat niet gelukt. Wij nemen voortaan weer een privé taxi.”
“I ordered the private transfer as we wanted to be alone for our comfort and wanted to have sufficient leg room however both journeys we were shoved in with other people and into cramped minibuses where I experienced knee pain from a lack of leg room. Driver was also late on our journey to the airport.”

2h before my flight, Supplier (MTS) said, that our hotel was not on driver's pick up list....
I have sent a few emails asking for refunf. Hope to get an answer soon.”
“Booked holiday taxi for my trip to Las Palmas. On the way there, had no problems. The guy was at the airport waiting, quick transfer.
From the hotel to the airport however it was a nightmare.
As per confirmation I was at the pickup point 15 minutes prior to be picked up.
Been waiting and waiting and nothing. Tried to contact the supplier a few times, no answer.
Called the uk customer service, they answered pretty quickly however I’ve been on the phone waiting for them to find out what the issue was for another 15 minutes (mind you that was already a 40 minutes delay) finally they came back with an answer which was.
“We are really sorry but the driver had some technical issues with his car and is not going to be able to pick you up anymore. In order to catch your flight you will have to make your own way to the airport””
“Taxi coming back was very fast ,under taking ,blowing Horne all the way,from the hotel to airport which is approx 100 kilometres in 72 minutes ,knocked from side of the car.peter”
“On arrival in Palma i had over an hours wait. Worse still on the return journey, the pick was for 7.40am. The pick had still not arrved at 8.10. I had difficulty getting through to Holiday Taxis, in fact the hotel had to find a different number so i could speak to somebody at Holiday Taxis. The lady at Holiday Taxis told me to get a local taxi and claim. This i did but it cost 80 euros. I think it's appaling you could leave an 82yr old stranded in the resort.”
“vond de service niet OK. We kregen meteen na landen een text bericht van onze assistent wat wel fijn was. Maar eens we dan op het afspraakpunt waren, hebben we meer dan een half uur moeten wachten op onze taxi. we waren sneller af geweest met een gewone taxi of uber”
“Also eigentlich würde ich gerne gar keinen Stern geben, denn ich (bzw. wir, denn ich habe jemanden getroffen der das gleiche Shuttle gebucht hat) wurde nicht abgeholt. Ich war überpünktlich am vereinbarten Treffpunkt, welcher schon eine Katastrophe war und haben mindestens 30 min Gewartet bis wir ein Taxi rufen mussten. Leider war die Hotline, bei der man nach Hilfe fragen konnte, nicht sehr hilfreich und hat uns nur geraten den nächsten Bus zu nehmen.
Also auf Gran Canaria würde ich mich, für eine Fahrt zum Flughafen, nicht mehr auf HolidayTaxis verlassen.”
“Our driver never arrived at Iberostar Waves Cala Millor on Tuesday May 27, 2025 for our transportation to the Palma airport. We were waiting with our luggage outside the Hotel long before our pick up time. Driver never showed up. I finally reached someone on the emergency number 45 minutes after our pick up time. The person stated the driver will not be coming and to book a taxi to the airport and file claim. The taxi was over $102.00 (90 Euro). We were very disappointed in the service of Holidaay Taxi.”
“I always use holiday taxis with no issues. A good price, sorted a booking error on my part easily and no problem. I have used the company at least 6 times, always happy.
My transfer this time in Bulgaria was not good. Hard to find at the airport as the company they were using had the smallest sign ever. When it was time for transfer to collect me from my hotel to return me back to the airport. The online time I was given was 7.45pm by 8pm no one had arrived. I got reception at my hotel to call they said it would be 8.30 by 8.38 still no transfer. I went on another company transfer as they felt sorry for me and only just got to my gate with 10minutes spare.”
“The coach never showed up to pick us up....we were there before our designated time slot and asked every coach driver if they are holiday taxis and they all said no....now you have posted to me no show.....I think the no show was on your behalf...”
“Our arrival transfer to Corralejo was terrible! The coach was really old compared to the others waiting.
We finally set off and right from the start it was obvious that something was very wrong with the bus!
No power, crawling along the lady driver struggling to get any power from the engine. She rang the office on her mobile twice and seemed to get no support! Meanwhile we were stuck out on the open road in the dark! She managed to get us to Riu Olivia Beach as first drop, god knows how the others got to their Hotels. Not impressed having been a regular user over the years we will be looking at alternatives in future.”
