“The main reason why we chose an airport transfer for quadruple the price over a regular taxi was to facilitate the arrival of an elderly passenger and first time visitor to Tunis. Result however, was that no driver was present with name sign upon arrival (driver was having dinner), client had to wander with heavy luggage around the airport to find a representative & lost about 30mins doing so. All in all not a functiong service - one is better off grabing a cab in line.”

“I sent an email to Holiday Taxis on 17/09/22 to complain about Beniconnect. On the 15/09/22 our flight landed at 23:00 we were waiting at the coach at 23:20 we arrived in Benidorm at 02:25, 3 hours later. Also at the Beniconnect desk we were informed that we didn't have return transport also they had the wrong address but produced my voucher and the error was addressed. I have been a customer of yours for many years and it was the worst experience I have had. I would appreciate an acknowledgement to my email. Kind regards Elizabeth Burns”

“Waited 45 mins for our transfer to arrive. The coach driver was rude and had an aggressive tone. His driving was wreckless and at one point he slammed the breaks on so hard that everyone flew forward and bags slid all the way down the walk way to the front of the coach. He didn't even stop to check everyone was okay. We were so disgusted with the service that we chose to pay for a taxi back for our return journey instead.”

Only 1 booster seat was in the car which resulted in the driver and the fella that brought us out to the taxi arguing in spanish outside the airport as the taxi driver was not happy about taking my toddler son without a seat. We were offered no apology or refund for the seat. Then on our transfer back to the airport our pick up was 35 minutes late and they made me attempt to communicate with us to inform us of the delay i had to contact them twice to find out where the taxi was.”
“On arrival at our destination only one taxi was waiting for the party of 12 (should have been 2 mini buses) I was told by the second taxi driver who's name and mobile number I was given via text told me that his taxi had been cancelled earlier in the afternoon but could not tell me who by. Three days later and ten minutes before the pick up time I was given and a driver rang me, told me that he had been in a accident and could not do the pick up and did not know if their was a replacement, could not contact the local provider so had to call for and pay for two mini buses. On both occasions I tried ringing both the local supplier and the emergency number in England, both went to answer phone. Won't be using Holiday taxis again!!”
“Avoid, avoid. If I could give NO stars I would. We were let down on both sides- the collection from airport to hotel and also the collection from hotel back to airport. We ended up having to get and pay for taxis ourselves even though we had paid this crowd already for services we did not receive. Not worth it!”
“The UK side of the transaction is fine, apart from the fact that the company does not respond to emails! The Turkey side of the booking (kind of the whole point of booking) is appalling. If you wish to book a transfer in Turkey, and you need a wheelchair accessible one, please don't bother. They don't have them and yet this company promotes them on their website and is quite happy to take your money but then reluctant to discuss it with you after the event. We have a 100kg electric wheelchair. Five guys lifted it manually into the back of a minibus - damage to the chair and the men came to mind. It also meant that my husband had to transfer out of the chair and go up the steps on his bottom to get in - not acceptable. Prior to our return journey, I contacted Holiday Taxis to reiterate the need for an adapted vehicle not wishing to subject anyone else to lifting a wheelchair of that weight, especially as we had booked and paid for an adapted vehicle. No reply - not acceptable. Our return trip was, to say the least, traumatic. So much so, that I am now reluctant to return to Turkey, which is a shame as generally, the Turks are really lovely people who would do anything to help you. The driver turned up in a Dacia estate (did I mention we had a 100kg, non-foldable wheelchair??) We had to remove the backrest (we never have to do this) and, with help, he managed to squeeze it into the back. It then took a turn for the worse! The guy was very shouty, happy but very shouty, using his phone whilst driving to translate what he wanted to say which was basically, and from the moment we left the Hotel, he expected a tip. He was driving erratically, weaving in and out of traffic, over the white lines, racing with other drivers, watching a video on his phone, playing music really loud and constantly saying that he expected a 20GBP tip. I honestly thought we were going to die. When we got to the airport (eventually) my husband told him that he was going to go to the cash machine to get his "tip" and we made a hasty getaway once the wheelchair was removed and reassembled, again with the help of other male drivers. We had no intention of getting cash out, but we honestly felt that he would turn nasty if we didn?t say something. We were genuinely shocked, and I was a little distraught. We made our way through security which, in Turkish airports is the first thing you have to do, and we made our way to the check-in. We were then waiting for the Special Assistance guys to bring a manual wheelchair for my husband as his had to be checked in as hold luggage. As we were waiting the Jet2 rep said, "is that your driver" as our driver stood shouting in Turkish, demanding his tip. Firstly, how on earth did he get through security and secondly, that is extortion, surely? I only had 100 Turkish Lira (?5) on me so he had that and went. The Jet2 rep spoke to him in Turkish and he beat a retreat. I write this review as Holiday Taxis do not wish to communicate with me. This is obvious as I have sent a couple of emails to no avail. Avoid at all costs, especially if you are going to Turkey. They are partnering with firms who are clearly not vetted; they advertise options and services which are unavailable; they ignore your attempts at a peaceful resolution and if I could give zero stars, believe me I would.”

“Imposible to find the driver , took forever. I called the center for help and they do answer the phone for long time. Then after an Hr finally I got some answer . The return was not possible: my fly was change to early one after 6 pm the day before , when I called the center to change the pick up time they told they could not do it so I have to find my own way to go to the airport?. So I could not use that service that I paid and I had to find another taxi service to go back to the airport”
