“Excellent service on both legs of the trip, from the airport the driver was waiting, journey to the hotel was nice, friendly driver. On the return leg, the driver was early, friendly, helpful and got to the airport well on time”
“When we arrived no shuttle. Fortunately after 20 minutes a coach controller spoke to us abd then went off to sort. This lady was exceptional as she not only sorted our transport, she sorted 2 other parties.”
“On arrival, they were late picking us up and we had to stand in the heat with 2 young children after a long flight , so not good but the driver did try to make up the time on way to hotel and did offer to stop for us to get a drink, the transfer back however was not good at all , 45 mins late picking us up and we had already been there 15 minutes before so we’re waiting nearly an hour. On the way to the airport the driver was answering continuous calls and texts and messages and was not concentrating on the road to the point that there were two near miss crashes and then had the audacity to ask us to pay him a tip and asked why we would not give him a tip so we said our tip is to concentrate on your driving and not on your phone. “I recently used holiday taxis for my transfers to and from Palma airport. I was perfectly satisfied and everything went very smoothly. Other than a slight wait at the airport (about 15 minutes) the drivers were extremely courteous and professional, nice clean cars, arrived exactly on schedule for the return journey and a good experience.”

“When booking HolidayTaxis for our transfer it stated the journey time by Bus would be 90min, in reality it was 150min - not particularly happy!!! Consider all options next time”
“Although the paperwork was correct, the driver dropped us at the wrong hotel and was gone before we realised. It cost ten euros for a taxi to the correct hotel. On our return the driver again went to the wrong hotel and I had to make several phone calls to resolve. Eventually we were picked up over thirty minutes late. The drive did his best to get us to the airport as quickly as possible and dropped us right outside the easyJet terminal. I had used you often before without problems but this trip was awful.”
