“Called prior to collection , to check pick up point , was told one place and then I had a call to say it was across the road , I asked for the registration ( as my sister was given one 2 days prior) and was advised they didn’t do that , thank goodness EJ called me”

“The bus from the airport was fine but the return trip by minibus was nerve-racking – the driver stayed too close to the vehicle in front and when he took a phone call he held his phone in one hand and frequently took the other hand of the wheel to make gestures. A thoroughly unpleasant experience.”

He stopped off at a great location to take photos of the coast and gave us all a wonderful fresh lemon slush. On the return the driver was ahead of time and provided sweets for the journey, and carried my wife’s luggage to departures and showed us where to go. Excellent service!”

“The inital transfer was fine, however, on the return journey to the airport, the driver unsafe behind the wheel. She did not stop talking the entire trip. We all noticed a vibration, which got progressively worst and worst.
On the motorway it got very bad. Then one of the back wheels came off. The driver had to be told to stop the minivan. It is worth noting that there were children on board.
The driver had to be then told to put on the warning lights as we were stop at the worst place on the motorway. At the end of a one ramp!
35min tense mins later a pick up bus collected up.”
