“Transfer from airport to resort on arrival was great. Transfer from resort to airport for departure was late. This resulted in me trying the number for the driver but came back as not in use. I then contacted the emergency number on the booking. They sorted a taxi and we eventually got picked up 20 mins after our scheduled pick up time.”
“Une confusion à l'arrivée à l'aéroport Venise-Treviso : vous indiquiez sur le bon de prise en charge "Devant le stand HERTZ" or celui-ci n'existe pas dans l'aérogare mais à 800 mètres après les parkings ! Nous avons fait un aller-retour inutile et retrouver le chauffeur dans l'aérogare 20 minutes plus tard. La prise en charge au départ n'a pas été plus claire : ni l'hôtel Giogione ni moi-même n'avons reçu de courriel indiquant le ponton d'embarquement le plus proche ; le Concierge s'est déplacé pour nous.”
“Unfortunately the service has really declined. Our transfer on our arrival was delayed by 40 minutes with no communication. When I went to check they had torn our name and schedule off the wall and it was in a pile of papers on the floor like as if we already been dealt with and picked up and we hadn’t. On departure, yet again we were delayed for over half an hour with no communication. I had to contact the emergency office twice to locate the coach. It had really put me off using this company again which is such a shame as they’ve always been good in the past.”
