“Transport from airport to our stay location was good and was done in good time but the transport from our stay location back to the airport took over two hours. We went past locations where we had to go back to them later.”
“The taxi service was not delivered. I waited in the airport and even got the help of local airport staff who repeatedly telephoned the number on my pick-up confirmation, with no result. Subsequenly, Holiday Taxis state that the driver was waiting on time and that they had GPS evidence - surprising that GPS worked inside the terminal. Anyway, pointless making an effort to dispute - they obviously rely on that.”
“When we arrived at Punta Cana the operative stated that we had booked a taxi to a hotel in Punta Cana when the confirmation clearly stated we had booked and reserved a taxi the the Caribe Express terminal in Santo Domingo.
No one wanted to accept the booking which in result meant we waited two hours before the transfer company accepted our booking and took us to Santo Domingo.
We arrived just in time to take the final bus to Sosua, our destination.
A very fractious time and a worry that we would remain in the airport for the night was narrowly missed. Thank you”
