“Excellent. Our flight was delayed our luggage took 45 mins but Holiday Taxis were still there waiting for us just outside the arrivals hall with a clear sign of our name. Helped with our luggage an we had a lovely smart vehicle for our transfer.
The same on return. Arrived early but we were ready. Helpful friendly driver. Highly recommendable company.”

“We booked a transfer from the cruise terminal to the airport which was confirmed in writing as being arranged for 13.00hrs on Sunday 28/9/25. On this basis we arranged and paid £74.20 to NCL for a late check out. At just after 08.00 hrs we received an SMS informing us that the pick up time was being changed to 10.00 hrs. We immediately telephoned the company and was informed that this was the time for pick up and could not be changed. We then had to contact Guest Services on the ship to ascertain how to get our luggage and request a cancellation and refund for our extended stay. This was refused catergorically as they said it was not their problem. Essentially we are now £74.20 down and had to spend SIX hours at the airport instead of TWO and a Half. We would appreciate your comments and hopefully compensation to cover our losses and inconvenience caused.
