Very pleasant journey to our hotel in a very comfortable car. On departure from our hotel we were picked up on time, taken to airport so no complaints at all. “My driver was not there at pick up. Was looking everywhere for almost an hour. Had to call the office very frustrated. Finally a lady with a paper with my name walked up to me. Insisted she was just over there and pointed off in a distance. No she was 100 percent not there. I walked like arrival area for an hour and was asking everyone all around for her. They Did not help with luggage. She walked me to a beat up car. Driver did not speak a word of English. I couldn’t even sit in the back seat because they said it was broken. Would not use again.”
“We have used Holiday Taxis many times, the experience has always been first rate and very professional.
On this occasion in Manorca, despite an hours long delay from Manchester Airoprt, our driver, once we had cleared the arrivals area, was waiting for us.
On the return leg we were notified of the pick time from the hotel, the taxi arrived on time.
Our drivers on both occasions were both courtesy and helpful, drove with care.

“There was no number to contact anyone about a flight change and then I finally got someone in customer service to on chat and they were rude and very unprofessional. I have all the messages from this person when I asked for a refund. I will never use this service again and will tell all my colleagues not to use them.”
“The taxi driver Justin would not answer his phone. I tried calling him and customer services but my phone calls went unanswered. I tried sending whatsapp messages and got no response so I had no contact whatsoever and in the end had to pay 170 euros for a taxi from Rome airport to Civitavecchia port. I had already paid holiday taxis £317.34 on the 14 march 2026 for a return fare”
