“All went to plan for getting the taxi from Paphos airport. The reception desk by the entrance was the link for the taxi picking us up just outside the main entrance. It was midnight. Pleasant driver and reasonable price.”

“Arrived in New York JFK, communicated through customs with dispatcher as requested. Reached arrivals hall and met dispatcher who told us the driver was no longer available and that we had to make other arrangements for ourselves. This was at 11:50pm as two females (myself and my daughter). We were told to contact HolidayTaxis for a refund. I have done this and have an automated reply telling me that my email will receive a response within 28 days. Meanwhile I am out of pocket for a very expensive taxi fare and have no sight of a refund of the £84 I paid for this nonexistent transfer.
Things go wrong, I understand that but the lack of refund in a very timely manner is incredibly poor!”
