“We arrived on time and for the first time ever we were the first through passport control and our luggage was already on the carousel as we approached it.
We exited to find our driver wasn't anywhere to be seen.
I rang the supplied number to check where our driver was and both calls rang, but then cut off.
Eventually I received a call to say they would be 10 minutes. 25 minutes later she arrived. We were nearly an hour late in leaving, which totally negated the reason for making the booking.”
“Taxi representative was waiting for us on our arrival in Dubai and we were at our hotel in no time. Clean comfortable air conditioned car and very polite driver. We had contact on our arrival via message, and for the return journey we were able to easily engage to request an earlier pick up time as we wished to have more time at the airport. It was no problem and very quick and easy to arrange. Again our taxi driver was on time (slightly ahead) and helpful and super polite. Would highly recommend Holiday Taxis and definitely will be using again. Thank you for making our airport transfers so comfortable and stress free.”

The return journey wasn't quite as good as it was private taxi company who was 15 mins late & said original driver couldn't make it, had no notification from Holudsy Taxis about this plus the driver texting on his phone as he drove to the airport”
